The owner has no temper, and is just up and down. Randy called me to ask for a tip for his driver, and when we ask what the original estimate included, he said $100 an hour all inclusive. That is inclusive of tip right? Apparently not, because the driver clearly doesn't get any of it. The Department of Labor should investigate this guys payroll to determine wether he steals from his employees, or just is a bad business man. The concern is safety going forward, even though the company may have nice cars etc, would you want to be in their hands if something bad happened? I do not recommend them at all. If you do, because there's literally no other limo service advertised besides them (PS, the advertise on Google as multiple companies), make sure you have a written contract and make sure the insurance is valid. Cover yourself, before someone like Randy decides to ruin your day. read more

This place was so great! As a new bride, I was terrified in reserving a limousine, but I spoke with Mary and she helped through the entire thing! It made my transportation to and from the church a breeze! The driver was also very patient with me as I was a little flustered with my dress. Thank you All Valley Limo! The worst customer service possible! This place deserves NO CUSTOMERS! The driver showed up to the first stop and not the pick up address as it clearly states on the contract. Definitely don't book with them unless you just want to fight with people over the phone. Horrible customer service and horrible experience. Do not recommend this company to anyone in the valley. Wrong sprinter van showed up that didn't hold all of us and also got charged extra as the pickup time does not include "travel" to your destination. I've used many transportation rental companies in my life and this one absolutely sucks. read more

Wish I could give ZERO stars. Their site advertises classic cars. I called and asked for a quote, got told they don't have any and got hung up on in the middle of my sentence. I called back and they picked up and hung up again. I called back AGAIN, and asked for a rate for their regular limousines. The lady very rudely told me she "didn't have time to give me prices" and hung up before I could say anything else. Worst experience with any company EVER. read more

There was no customer service at all! All valley limousine was supposed to be subcontracted by another limo service you get off of Google. These people did not show up and we're over an hour late. They also ripped me off for a grand total of $1400! Will not refund the money and provided no service. I am speaking with the authorities about this now. read more

This company is horrible. Rented a limo for my niece's 15 year celebration. We were told car could seat 12-14, when the kids started piling in, the driver( very rude by the way) told us only 10 would fit. So there we were trying to figure out the situation and calling the company to figure out why they assured us 12-14 would fit when in reality only 10 could fit. My sister and I ended up driving around with the rest of the kids so we wouldn't waste anymore of the time that had been taken from disputing the arrangement. The people on the phone are even more rude and hung up on us. Their customer service is non-existant and the driver on that particular night wasn't any better. She wouldn't even turn on the radio for the kids in the car. She claimed she didn't know how it worked. Be very weary of doing business with this company. It's not worth it! read more

Horrible customer service! I have a lot of patience but whoever I spoke to on the phone was so rude! I needed to rent a party bus to take us to the airport in Brownsville, TX and we were calling to see if they could help us out since they have a 3 hr minimum and we explained how we are going to Vegas to celebrate a couple of birthdays and the lady's response "so all you need is a ride to the airport? So what do you need a party bus for?" Um aren't they suppose to want business?? Very rude lady! Oh and forgot to mention they hung up on me 7 times before I talked to anyone on the phone. I rate it 0 stars!!! Yelp wouldn't let me post without selecting a star. -_- This was the most horrible experience I have ever had. Decided to use this service bc my cousin was getting married and needed last minute limo service (2). At first, I decided not to use them bc they were over priced, but within two hours they called back to give a "discount." Not only is the owner himself so unprofessional, but so is his partner. He even went as far as to say that "he would not go broke if he did not rent us these limos." Whatever, I let it go bc my cousin was in a bind. He kept saying how rude I was bc I was asking for the proper info, and he kept making me repeat myself. He later apologized, and offered to send flowers (there were no flowers on the day). I should have known better bc the next day, there was a mix up, and the groom was not picked up on time (and was only picked up bc we called the service) I was also hung up on by his partner when I was trying to explain the mixup! I gave the owner the number and address of where the groom would be so why would he send the second limo to the same location? There were two different addresses for a reason, and I made it very clear. Also, he had the audacity to blame us for the mix up bc "it's our fault we answered the phone" referring to when the second driver apparently called us. The owner evn went as far as to threaten to drop us off on the side of the road! He also never acknowledged he was wrong! And he made the bride cry. He also never asked us what kind of beverages we wanted for our ride, and there were no champagne glasses! All in all horrible experience, save yourself the agony and NEVER use these unprofessional jokes! read more

This company was rented for me on our wedding day, horrible customer service that couldn't work with us on the change of hour we needed. When limo arrived for pick-up was there early and the driver did not know what she was doing. We had to give her directions because she was given wrong information from the office. Driving was horrible, slamming the breaks. When arriving to location groom was not to see bride so drop off was on the side of the building, driver went further to the back when it was blocked and thought she could make it and ran on the curve to puncher the tire flat. She was so worried about the company charging her the tire that she forgot about the bride and did not open door and ask if everyone was okay. I do not recommend their services. Not even a follow-up phone call was made. Very Rude!! read more

I'm giving 1star because that is the ONLY way to enable writing this review. My daughter's wedding day was on July 9, 2016, we booked Limo service to have the bridesmaids picked up from hotel and brought to the bride's home. When the girls arrived, dressed, makeup and hair done, they were all relieved to enter our cool home. The Limo, which was is such poor looking condition had NO AC. The whole ride over consisted of warm air being blown out onto their faces, keep in mind it was 100 degrees outside. Needless to say I called, and the driver was directed to return to exchange the Limo leaving us to transport the bridesmaids in 3 separate trips to the church and on the 4th trip transporting the Bride herself. HORRIBLE. Upon leaving, the driver assured me he would be waiting outside the church by the end of the service, and he was, only to have the BRIDE AND GROOM ride in a fan blown AC Limo to the reception. I would strongly recommend you look elsewhere for Limo service. We have 4 separate upcoming weddings in our families and I've told all 4 families the very same thing. read more

Worst company ever! We were quoted 4 different prices. Finally we agreed on the price, paid in full over the phone THEN a "customer service" agent called us back 20 minutes later and said that in fact the price had gone up over $150 dollars from the verbally agreed upon price as per "the owner". so we asked for a refund. then, thirty minutes later the customer service agent called us back again and apologizes saying he will honor the mutually agreed upon price. so, we are charged again & we assume our wedding get-away car is settled. fast forward to the actual wedding day, imagine our surprise when our car NEVER COMES!!!!!!! after calling and calling we finally got through to someone who said that the car wasn't scheduled to come at all -- even after our credit card was charged -- so we have to call again and demand a refund only to be told that it would take 10 days to process. we didn't even get an apology "sorry we ruined your get away photo op". read more
