I get to the pickup point at 3:41a and the shuttle had left. They had not arranged for additional pickups. I had to request an uber, which was 40 mins away and costed me $188 plus tip. I was just barely able to make it to my flight. This is highly unprofessional and highly unacceptable. I will never use this service again and I will never allow any company I work for to do so either. This was a traumatizing ordeal.

After they got to spend the day at Sea World at the time of departure...the same 3 buses were there but not the 4th bus AGAIN. The driver never answered their calls. Thank God parents had gone on the trip as well. They had to put children on the other 3 buses and some with parents. The teachers stayed behind because they did not fit. The driver finally arrived another 1 1/2 or 2 hours late again. No answers as to why he was late and no apologies (no remorse whatsoever). I am now praying our childrens teachers arrive safe and sound back home. All parents called the company and they kept hanging up on everyone. NEVER AGAIN!! I will write reviews everywhere I can and I will contact the Better Business Bureau! I had to put put 1 star to be able to post but they deserve NOTHING!!! FRAUDE y MAL TRATO en TOTSA…read more El lunes 7 de julio alrededor de las 7 pm, en el Aeropuerto Internacional de Monterrey Terminal C, contratamos en las taquillas autorizadas del aeropuerto un servicio de transporte para 10 personas. Pedimos una Van, pero el encargado de asignar los vehículos (un hombre robusto, moreno, de unos 40-50 años) nos dijo que no había disponibilidad, por el cansancio del viaje decidimos regresar a la taquilla, cancelar la van y contratar 3 autos sedán. Minutos después, el mismo encargado se acercó en privado y nos ofreció una Van "por fuera", pagándole directamente a él, además con un costo inflado de $900 a $1,000 pesos y saliendo del aeropuerto para tomarla, lo cual claramente no es el procedimiento normal ni seguro. Al negarnos a participar en ese fraude y regresar a la taquilla a pagar formalmente los sedanes, este sujeto se molestó y se negó a llamarnos los vehículos, reteniéndonos por casi una hora con tal de no dar el servicio. Gracias al apoyo de una trabajadora de OTRA empresa (Taxis TPA), que sí se comportó profesionalmente, logramos resolver el problema muy rápido. Pero la actitud del encargado de TOTSA fue inadmisible, corrupta y abusiva. Eviten TOTSA a toda costa. No se puede confiar en una compañía que permite este tipo de prácticas y trata así a las familias. Este tipo de personas no deberían estar operando en un aeropuerto.

The concern is safety going forward, even though the company may have nice cars etc, would you want to be in their hands if something bad happened? I do not recommend them at all. If you do, because there's literally no other limo service advertised besides them (PS, the advertise on Google as multiple companies), make sure you have a written contract and make sure the insurance is valid.
