I've been going to coin stores to pick up silver rounds mostly in San Diego but I've noticed they are charging much more than they should be recently. I heard about All Valley Coin from a friend and gave them a try. They have amazing prices from what I've been recently dealing with. I had the pleasure of being helped by a very respectful younger employee Aydin. He explained to me everything about the current market,he educated me on what type of silver is best for investment and collecting and what the best bang for my buck is. He was very personable and professional as well as the 2 other employees with him. Which I find to be rare now a days especially with the younger work force. Bought 3 silver eagles and haven't felt better about a purchase in a while. Will be a returning customer even though it is a drive for me. Great customer service! I went in to get a price check for some silver and turquoise pieces I wanted to sell. One employee calculated my praise and had the manager double check the price. I'm very glad he did because she actually informed me I would get much more than what the first employee calculated. Very great that they communicate! All of them were very personable and I even traded in for a ring they had in store. Also right down town in old town so it has a very cool old saloon style to it. And various jewellery selections!! I went there to sell my international money, most of it being old, and the employee offered me .50 cents for a pile of my money!!! That's basically giving it to him for free. Another employee offered me $10 for a couple of dollars which I sold. Then I went to another place and they told me this business fooled me! They will not give you the real value of what your items are worth! read more

DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP TO SELL YOUR VALUABLES!!! All Valley Coin & Jewelry is dishonest and unethical in buying jewelry. I learned the very hard way. I felt I could trust this shop based on other reviews and how long they have been in Temecula. I was wrong. I should have shopped around. I regret it! My mom passed away and my sister and I divided the gold and silver jewelry as equally as we could. There were 3 generations of jewelry. We kept the pieces that were sentimental to us. I brought the rest to All Valley Coin & Jewelry. Taylor Williams is who helped me. I trusted his knowledge and the store's reputation. I am at fault for being naive and not educating myself more. I was grieving and vulnerable at the time. I SHOULD HAVE shopped around! Taylor offered me a RIDICULOUSLY LOW price. I did not know that I could counter that price. I regret having accepted it. Immediately upon leaving, I felt sick at the price I got. I did not sleep the following 2 nights. I went back to All Valley Coin & Jewelry to speak to Taylor. He fed me a bunch of BS and basically there was nothing he could do. There was no record of the jewelry I brought in. The was no record of my sale. I was ROBBED and RIPPED OFF by this man for being naive during my grief. It was a huge amount of silver and gold. I am embarrassed to say how little I received for my inheritance! It's my fault. I hope I can prevent at least one other person for making the same mistake I did. My sister lives in Oregon. She brought around the same amount as I did into a shop in her town and received 4 times the amount I did! ALL VALLEY COIN & JEWELRY ARE THEIVES. THEY ARE EXTREMLY DISHONEST AND UNETHICAL. I went to Temecula Gold and Jewelry because of a great write up and cover story in the Temecula magazine about this store, and how the owners were great people of faith. I presented 50 grams of 14K gold to sell. He miticuously verified it, putting every little piece in a machine to test it's authenticity. after weighing it, he scribbled down some numbers, then told me he would pay $1575, or about $31.50 per gram. When I asked if he was joking, he tried telling me that some of it was only 10K. Shocked, I went about 4 blocks and around the corner to a lovely little store,with the friendliest owner. I presented her with the same gold for an offer. She also meticulously verified every little piece. She even told me that one ring was 18K. She weighed it, then came back with an offer of $3700, WAY more than double their offer, OVER $2000 more!!! I will simply say, do your homework, and shop around! UPDATE: They tried to reply to my post that my gold was only 10K and worth far less than14K. It would appear he deleted that comment when he realized how obviously misleading and untrue it was. read more

First of all, the people were VERY nice. However, not very knowledgeable. I brought in some rings I had inherited. One was a commemorative ring , one was a cocktail ring. The offer for the cocktail ring was $120. It's 14k gold with diamonds. The gold alone was worth more than that. I was told the commemorative ring was silver plated. The gentleman just did this by looking at them. I took the rings elsewhere where I was offered $420 for the cocktail ring, and surprise! The commemorative ring is actually PLATINUM! So, the store is nice, but I wouldn't put much stock in their "experts". read more
