About a week ago I went in for foot pain and swelling and after having an x ray, the dr found that I had a stress fracture and recommended a few weeks out of work. This was my first time at this office. I went for a diabetes foot check. The doctor looked at my feet for maybe 20 seconds. He said everything was fine. I said great and started putting on my shoes. Casually,i asked if he knew of a diabetic friendly place i could go get a pedicure (I'm new to Fresno). I can't do my nail myself currently as my hands are in casts. He said salon pedicures are dangerous for diabetics and he'd trim my nails. Cool, NOT being told I'd be charged $114!!! This doctor was not only condescending, he was dishonest. I have more to say but am not going to rant more here. Just beware and find out the charge for everthing ahead of time. Also, make sure they bill your insurance correctly... thats another fight for another day. read more

First off office lady tell you they take your insurance, then come find out they bill the whole amount to me ,doctor made it sound like I'm getting a pedicure. Insurance don't cover that ,then she( DR) said she'd change it. Never did , year and a half later they send me a bill on it my portion has been paid . year and a half later they sent me a bill on it I can't talk to the doctor cause she's no longer there. The office staff is friendly and helpful. My interaction with the doctor was very short and to the point. I was coming in for an ingrown toenail. He came in, looked and said yes it is ingrown. He said he was going to get everything prepped and left. He came back and infected my foot and left. He returned and he very quickly removed the infected ingrown part. I asked for antibiotics and was told no need. He was wrong. I ended up two days later in the hospital for a really bad infection. read more

I have been having a horrible problem with the billing department at All Valley. They are continuing to bill me for services where they and not properly billing my insurance. They will not correct the problem that they have created and they are expecting me to pay for their mistakes. i have tried to talk to the office manager about this problem and he will not explain to me their reasons for improper billing. Went in for an ingrown toe nail that I had for a couple of months because I heard horror stories about the removal process, but this had to been the most painless experience I've ever had. Dr. Moadob gave me 3 small pokes on my toe to numb which like 3 mosquito pokes, let it numb for a quick bit, and had it out in less than a five minutes. Painless and quick and for not having insurance it was only $150. Definitely recommend this place. Plus, the staff was super friendly and made me felt at ease. read more

I had a sore toe with a bump and had been hobbling around on it for a few weeks, so I decided I had better get it looked at. I decided to see a specialist and found them online through my insurer. Their website has a lot of information and is easy to navigate. I made an appointment by phone and they got me in within a week. There's plenty of parking and though it can be kind of tricky to find the right place in this lot, they're right on the right where you enter from First Ave and there are plenty of spots. The reception staff were friendly, they took my insurance and gave me a form to fill out. The lobby area is small but there are plenty of seats and it was warm enough out to have the door open and get some air in. I only waited a few minutes before the nurse took me through and got more information from me. The doctor, Dr Moadab, came in a few minutes later and had a look at my toe and asked some questions. He was respectful and a good listener. He determined it was probably one of two things and suggested taking some x-rays to check. After those were processed he showed me them and explained his determination, my options, and his advice. Fortunately that advice was to leave it alone, and it did clear up after a couple more weeks. All in all it was an easy visit and I would go to them again. read more

After seeing Dr. Modah for many years he got a new watch dog to sit in the front office. She called the evening before and did not once tell me she needed my new Medicare information but instead waited until I got there in peon and said would have to pay $55.00 cash to be treated by the Dr and go to Medicare and get a new card. The other patients were just as stunned by her cheap behavior! I went back to give them the code and they were out to lunch Now I need to find a new Dr that is not as tacky as this Dr has allowed his minimum wage employee to be! read more

I'm sorry but I've thought about this a long time, I'm very disappointed, I'm left today with no idea what's wrong with my feet. I went here hoping to find out why I'm in so much pain and I still do not no. I did find out that he can give me shots in my feet and I should buy shoe inserts or orthotics which this doctor makes himself in office. He charged me 200 spent no more than 5 min with me and never found out what's wrong. So disappointing , I don't have the money to make another appointment with someone else so I'm forced to live with self diagnosed, plantar fasciitis. read more

After some arduous research, I decided that this medical provider would be a good fit for me; however, upon calling their office, I immediately realized that I may have been wrong. When the phone was answered, I inquired about initial consultation fees, BlueCross/Blue Shield coverage, and the typical "new patient" must knows. After a long and awkward pause on the other end of the phone, I said, "Hello..." The rude woman receptionist replied, "Morning or afternoon?" I said, "Did you not hear my questions....I'm a new patient...(repeated myself)." She responded with, "Well, for your problem, you can go to the store and buy inserts." I said, "I have tried that and they don't work, and that is why I am seeking medical advice." After an awkward back and forth discussion, I thanked her and told her I would try somewhere else. Sorry, AVPG, you've lost my business. Although, you did everything right to attract me as a customer (website, Yelp, Google Plus), the moment I encountered your receptionist, the attraction was over; I'll take my tired feet elsewhere. read more

I was referred to Dr. Rupley by my primary care physician for a wound on my foot. I had the wound for close to 40 days before I was able to get into my primary care physician but once referred, I was seen almost immediately by Dr. Rupley's office. I have a lot of medical issues and firmly believe that a Dr.'s staff can make or break their practice. The staff at All Valley Podiatric Group from the front office to the back office are outstanding. Dr. Rupley not only took the time to explain what she was doing and why, but she put all of my wound care in writing so I could refer back and not have to remember everything she told me. I learned a lot about foot care and the proper way to ensure this type of injury does not happen again. I went to get my ankles checked, I was told to get orthotics because of my high arch. They told me that because of my insurance I would have them covered. I thought they had checked my insurance, turns out I got a $525.00 dollar bill because the insurance didn't cover them and they were also charging me for the consultation. I had to pay it because I didn't want it to go to collections. They didn't make sure the insurance covered it because if they did they would've called me in advance to let me know how much I would ha e to pay out of my pocket prior to ordering them, they just assumed and didn't care for me to be stuck with the bill. I had to also request a copy of my scan report to get a prescription to order new ones somewhere else. Lack of communication they just care for the money not the patients. read more

I have reduced my stars to one, would choose zero if possible. I am appalled at the dishonesty of the doctor in his response to my review. He knows full well, as do Veronica and Cecily at the front desk, that the conversation I had with Cecily took place prior to any social distancing or shelter at home guidelines. I was told Dr. Rupley was too busy to see me, although I have been a patient for several years and have referred others to her. My husband and I both like Dr. Moadab, but thought we were seeing him for one appointment. Didn't know we were being punted and find it offensive to be told so by Cecily rather than one of the doctors. read more
