I've tried many times to call and text them till no avail they ignored my calls and perhaps even blocked me because it goes straight to voice mail. I called the technician that came and also the dispatch company. they even lied to me saying they don't work on keys that they are a computer software company just to deny the fact that it was then or try to make it seem like I've got the wrong number. The guy came to my house with credit card, and when he found out the deadbolt was locked, he called a backup, and the solution was to drill my deadbolt lock for an additional $180. $30 alone just for showing up, whether they could get anything done or not. If drilling out the lock was the only solution they knew, I could get a tool from Home Depot or Lowe's for a lot less. Totally amateurs.
