I had some chips on my windshield and like most people I never took care of them. I noticed the chips were now really extending all over my windshield and it was time to take care of it. "Windshield Express" had been recommended to me previously and I decided to check it out. Service: As soon as I arrived I was taken care of by the staff that took a look at my windshield while I waited in the waiting lobby area they have. I was in and out of there in less than 20 minutes which in my opinion is a great timing. Recommendations: If I had to complain about anything it would only be that the waiting area was a bit dirty and messy. I would recommend making the area a bit nicer for customers to relax while they wait and maybe have some magazines. read more

This company also does residential and I had them come to measure a kitchen table and an office table. I decided to use the company. The kitchen table cuts were wrong and the edges extend over the table making it dangerous. The office desk is L shaped so they made two pieces that shattered the same day because the pieces shifted and grazed each other. I called the company and they did not want to come back to resolve issue. They stated that the desk should have been one piece and they wanted to charge me an additional two hundred dollars for an option they never offered me from the initial quote. They also failed to provide me receipts for the work. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau and the company failed to provide a resolution. This company has demonstrated bad businesses practices and does not care about customer satisfaction. read more

I did not even have to get off my vehicle and they took care of my windshield and my payment while the comfort of being inside my vehicle. First I was told to be here at 5 I arrive before and still had to wait 20 minutes. Then my cracked windshield was not repaired but made a larger crack.NEVER AGAIN! HORRIBLE!!!! First time visiting the place and it will be the last. The customer service is not good. There's no eye contact ...ever.. you are talking to someone focusing on the computer screen or has the phone on his ear half listening to you. The glass was not installed correctly the first time, so I brought my vehicle back and no one could give me an answer if the issue was fixed. The people just bounced questions among themselves trying to find out what's going on and who worked on the repair. To make matters worse they left my vehicle dirty and didn't even bother to clean the glass or the inside of the vehicle where they were working. Had a leak on my Ford F250 and asked that my windows be checked for leaks. Per my mechanic, computer on truck had been fried with water entering windshield and dripping into electronics causing damages. He said to contact a professional on windshields for further review. I went to Windshields Xpress because I thought they were professionals on windshields. I was told by Hector at Windshields Xpress, after inspection that my cab lights were the the problem. After paying $95, seeing the mess they made on the lights, had to take it back to my mechanic because windows would not go down, radio would stay on. I was told by Windshield Xpress that nothing was done other than the "goop" on lights. Then what happened? Everything was working when I dropped it off. Today, as I was going into my truck. Water drops were found inside my windshield. Problem is still not solved but I am out $95 plus additional repairs I needed from my mechanic for repairs needed after leaving truck at Windshield Xpress. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE if you are looking for professional work. I still don't know how I will fix the mess they did on my lights. Does anyone know an honest business that can fix my water drips on my windshield? read more
