I have recently had my carpets cleaned by All West Carpet Care. I was originally told that chem dry treatments were the best for getting stains out. I have 4 kids at home and in a rental house that was not cleaned well before we moved in. I paid a chem dry company to come to my house and clean my carpets and was extreamly unhappy with the results. I was not told that I would have to go behind them a few days after the soap residue dried and to vacuum up the stiff residue their chem dry method left behind. And all my stains were still there. I spoke with Andrew at All West Carpet Care and not only was he extreamly thourough with every detail of how both chem dry methods work but showed me the benefit of steam cleaning.
