This team of four hardworking and skilled guys arrived early and worked until 6:45PM to get the job done. They were pleasant (with good senses of humor - always a plus in my book) and educated myself and my husband about how to maintain our lovely new Quartz. What great hires they were for Moonlight! Unfortunately, I can only recall two of their names (Michael & Tyson), but the whole team was outstanding and very professional! Also worth mentioning, were the two women at their store in East Wenatchee. I was sent over to check out Quartz remnants. These two women (I'm sorry I don't have their names) took their time to educate me on the pros and cons of different surfaces and let me inspect remnants as long as I wanted. Kudos to Moonlight!

Pricing is competitive, even allowing for their market top customer satisfaction. Five years ago we had them install LVP in whole house. Perfect job all aspects, totally happy for 5 years. Fast forward to now, when plumbing failure forced water between the LVP flooring and the concrete slab underneth. They responded pronto, got themselves on site and figured out remediation plan the next morning, showed up 10 minutes EARLY to fix things the following day, came with all the right tools and materials the first time, worked masterfully and efficiently, applied mold eradication, fanned subfloor dry, were neat and totally cleaned up afterwards, including removal of wet flooring. Go to these folks without hesitation if you want dependability, fair price for value received, and things done right the first time.

If you recently purchased an older home ... here is your reminder to get the ducts cleaned!…read more We had Tyler from Zerorez Carpet and Air Duct Cleaning of Central Washington over to the house and Whoo - wee! Did he have his work cut out for him! He said this was the second worst ducts he has ever cleaned - and he suspects that they have never been professionally cleaned. In 70 years. Over an inch of dust and debris coating the ducts. When you buy a house that is not new, you never know what you are breathing in. Skin cells from the 70's? Entirely possible. I absolutely recommend Tyler from Zerorez if you are anywhere from Wenatchee to Spokane. Respectful, clean, professional and super helpful! Went above and beyond to get my home taken care of. (A house this size usually takes him an hour and a half ... he was here for closer to five hours to get the work complete and answer all of our questions.) Guessing the HVAC will work much better (better air flow) and there will be less dust in the house now! Best $500 spent in awhile.
