Initially, I thought I'd have more issues with the Intermittent Fasting part of the program, but have found that the schedule is easy to follow and because I am eating so much healthy food throughout the day I am rarely if ever hungry. The workouts are fun and challenging with constant variety so you never get bored doing the same things over and over. One of my favorite things about the program is the idea of "progress over perfection", celebrating your wins and the community support. Dawn is an amazing coach too!- Knowledgeable, encouraging, available to answer questions and provide support in what ever way she can. Overall I am so happy I've joined. There have been many reports of massage establishments being raided on suspicion of prostitution. Call me paranoid, but I did not feel comfortable enough to go inside. Not only that, but if you attempt to reach the establishment's personnel by phone number, no one picks up. I called multiple days in advance to book, as per the instructions on the groupon fine print. It wasn't until I didn't show up for the appointment that someone finally reached out. The therapists inside may be great, but unless you are oblivious to caution or wish not to judge a book by its cover, then I do not recommend coming here. Update: The owner's comment below is that of a different client. For one, I do not have a daughter, I'm 22 with no kids period, and never had a chance to step foot into the establishment. But sure, my testimony is definitely "not true". I also booked on 10/9 for an appointment that is 10/10, since the website indicated availability for that day. I had considered our conversation quite cordial and although I lost money, I was accepting of it considering the therapist's time was also lost. After several phone calls I discovered it was from Tara dermatology from 2014. They have my current address on file and yet they NEVER sent me a bill. When I called the person I spoke with in billing had zero sympathy for my problem. You can just pay the $200 she said, it was because your insurance didn't pay it. You can call them. I don't remember going to the dermatologist in 2014, and I'm not really sure what insurance I had back then. It is really a shame that companies can do this to you without notice.

I suffer from chronic physical health issues - which this provider says she specializes in - as…read morewell as a number of mental health issues. After a year of visits, I had not made any progress or gotten any better. It was difficult to make appointments with her. If I had to cancel due to an unexpected migraine or other health issue, they did not care and charged me a missed office fee, even though I would let them know as soon as I could that I was not going to make it. The office staff was terrible. They were rude and uncaring. They stopped allowing me to make more than 1 appt at a time, with no explanation. (Again, it was very difficult to get in to see Ms. Smith, so it was important to make as many appointments as far in advance as possible.) I would be put on hold for a long time. When I got the answering service instead of staff, messages were not relayed. Upon reflection after the fact, I realize that I was unable to be honest with Ms. Smith about my needs and feelings. Also, most importantly, as the office staff was throttling my ability to see my therapist, I was in a severe suicidal phase, and Ms. Smith did not notice. The office staff did not care. Thankfully I found another provider who took me seriously and helped me out of that suicidal ideation.

However, I was spiraling out of control with my temper, words that I would use, and things I would say to almost anyone. I knew that wasn't me, but I also knew I wanted to change, who wouldn't? I researched for the best counselor and by George, I got her. Dr. Margaret Weaver is better than a bag of chips. I was on her waiting list for almost 3 months. When the receptionist called I knew it was either now or never. Dr. Weaver is kind, unopinionated, she listens carefully, and she provides great feedback. Her feedback and most of all her prayers has helped me in a major way. I started seeing Dr. Weaver August of 2019 (I believe) at first I was embarrassed and didn't want anyone to see me or know that I was going to a therapist, yeah I got over that real quick. Whatever I am going through God grants Dr. Weaver the right things to say to me. She has helped me with relationships at work, with my sister and I am a better person today because of her. She has a very calming spirit, one that I can appreciate. I take notes with my phone, just in case I forget something and especially during tough situations, I will review my notes from Dr. Weaver and automatically I have a new approach on how to deal with the situation. I appreciate her prayers before and after each session. Again, you have to have some sort of relationship with God to be successful at KCC, but that's my opinion. During my research for a therapist, I read where Dr. Weaver came highly recommended. My desire was to have an experienced, knowledgeable, well credentialed therapist and Dr. Weaver has surpassed all of that. I am a much better person because of her. One down fall and it has absolutely nothing to do with Dr. Weaver, the building design is a little dated, it could use a face lift, if you can get past that which I suggest you do...Dr. Weaver is it! A friend of mine who works in a doctors office recommended him saying he was good and relatively inexpensive compared to other chiropractors in the area.. She was right! I drive 20-30 minutes to see Dr. Steele when there is a highly recommended chiropractor right down the road from me. Dr. Steele has been doing this for years and knows exactly how to get me back in alignment! I go in, get adjusted and am on with my day. I feel so much better after! I have gone to the highly recommended chiropractor down the street from me.. They are good.. But more expensive (almost double) compared to Dr. Steele and didn't always get me in alignment like he would. Oh, and the staff with Dr. Steele are SO friendly!!! It's always so clean (I've actually asked what they use because it smells so good) and they do everything and anything to get you in when needed! So happy I found this chiropractor office! :)

The Chiropractor knew exactly what her problem was after seeing her, and fixed it. They gave her a discount, and also the ice pack was a third of the price of what I paid at another place for one.
