You can watch YouTube or Netflix or anything that you want on the TV. It is yours for the 40 minutes.. afterwards, definitely hot, but I felt so relaxed so calm and they have this water that I definitely had to buy. If you do come, make sure you have loose clothing to be able to put on afterwards and you will be hot. Along with water they also have a refrigerator. You can purchase water and juices.. This was a gift from a friend that I couldn't experience during my first visit but this time I was able to relax, show up on time and brought a friend. The logistics - there's parking for 1080 Peachtree in the rear. SWTHZ validates for up to 2 hours. You check-in at the front and there's a quick tour. You don't need more than 5 minutes but be mindful of your actual recovery in the sauna time. Location - There's about 6 rooms and the restroom is a separate area. There's an open area to dry your hair, apply lotion, do makeup and even body spray. It's a 2-seater area so not much privacy or the focus. Best to leave and do that at home. Sauna - It's a cozy sauna with ambient light, a bench and stocked with towels to cover your bottom and blot off the sweat. It doesn't take long to get a good sweat going. I'd leave your phone out of the sauna because it may overheat. Vitamin C Shower: The water is infused with vitamin C to rinse off before the cold plunge. There's shampoo, conditioner & body wash provided. There's an overhead and handheld shower head. Cold Plunge - The large tub is set to 50 degrees and fits 2 adults. Brace yourself! It's recommended to sit for 3-5 minutes and then back into the sauna. Overall, the experience was relaxing, invigorating and enjoyable. I do feel like my sore muscles recovered and I sweated out impurities. I would go back to set up my music & TV but we just didn't have the time. Pro Tip: Shave off about 10-15 minutes to shower & dress so you really only have 40 - 45 minutes. First time visits are only $25.

They offer lots of classes at scheduled intervals that you can view on the app. I believe you can reserve your space on the app as well. While attending the class, you start tracking your workout with the app. I'm not sure if they have their own tracker. There are short classes that you can stack, i.e., cycling, rowing and elliptical that are each 15 minutes each. Each sauna took typically holds 3 machines and you can control the temperature from 110 up to 130 degrees. Other classes like iso, barre and yoga are about 35-40 minutes. The front desk is staffed generally until 7 or 8 pm. There is a code that can unlock it after hours for entrance, as it's available 24/7. Hotworx runs challenges often and winners can receive free or discounted monthly membership fees. There's also a strength training area and a shower. There's merch in the front, including a stream suit to help you sweat more. I like the format of the place. My main cons are that the classes are pre-recorded and they don't change as frequently as I would prefer. Overall a solid place to work out that's self-paced.

The owner/workers were extremely rude, unprofessional, and made me feel completely unwelcome. I had an appointment scheduled for 6:30 PM, yet I was left standing outside in nearly 100-degree weather for around 20 minutes. What made the situation even worse was that I could see that they were aware I was outside through their Ring camera, but nobody came out to let me in. They allowed my appointment time to pass while I was still standing outside. After I eventually left, I received a text saying they would let me in at 6:45 PM. At that point, the entire situation felt extremely disrespectful and intentional. I also had an interaction with a worker/owner who claimed they did not work there, despite my understanding that they did. The whole interaction was confusing, uncomfortable, and completely unprofessional. Another major concern was the way the trial/appointment process was handled. I was told about people being scheduled for trials, being stood up or unable to get the service they were promised, and then being charged an $80 fee that they were told was nonrefundable. I personally found the way this was being handled extremely concerning. I also did not feel that the environment was particularly diverse or welcoming. As a customer, I should never feel like I'm being treated differently or like I'm not wanted in a business simply because of who I am. After I said that I would be sharing my experience with my following, I immediately started receiving calls from random numbers and multiple texts asking me to help them "save their look." That made the situation even more uncomfortable. Instead of focusing on fixing the customer-service issue when it happened, the response seemed to become about protecting their reputation after I said I would speak publicly about my experience. I'm leaving this review because other people deserve to know what my experience was like before spending their money here. I strongly recommend documenting everything, including appointments, charges, texts, and interactions, if you decide to do business with this location. For me, the way I was treated was unacceptable, and I will not be returning.
