The lady was really nice, She took her time, as she knew I was in a lot of pain. Then I went into another room and they let my husband come back with me, as I was extremely nervous. I saw the dentist then I saw the hygienist. They went over a treatment plan. After we went over the treatment plan, they sat my husband and I back in the waiting area. This part was the longest wait of the day. Once I got back to see the person in the office I understood why. She answered all of my questions and told me everything that was happening. I about had a heart attack when they told me the price of the implants. Then we decided that I would go the rout of the partials. I then scheduled my first cleaning. They sent my persciptions over to the pharmacy and I had went and picked them up. Came back for my first dental cleaning the Hygienist was wonderful. Took her time and showed me everything that she was doing. The referred me over to another dentist for root canal. They kept raving about them and I loved it there as well. Then today I went back for my bottom cleaning and she did a really good job. She was very specific with everything and showed me what to do. Now I have a plan to get my crown and stuff for both of my root canals. I have also scheduled my cleaning. They really made me feel comfortable. I will continue to go back there.

Horrible experience with my crowns. The female doctor there had no regard for my pain. No numbing…read moreat all for the procedure and when she blew the air on my nerve and it hurt like hell she replied "oh I forgot your nerve is still alive". With no anesthetic not even local she placed my crowns on live nerves with cold bonding and it felt as if someone stabbed me in my jaw. The pain shot to my temple as well. Still no anesthetic. I almost swallowed the crowns multiple times. It felt like she was trying to flirt with the tech. She paid more attention to him than me. I was LITERALLY FLAILING in pain in the chair as they rapped along to Drake and instead of numbing me in got offered a HAND to squeeze. I got 4 crowns under torture basically. I will be filing a complaint with the VA cause no one should ever be subjected to this place EVER!

The owner claims to be an endodontist which I don't think is the truth. The replacement crown was the incorrect color and had to be redone because they said I picked the brilliant white color when I fact they asked for no input on the color. One time I was told to come back for more work but when I did no one seemed to know why and it wasn't notated in my chart. On check out the secretary was able to tell me why but the dentist and assistant had not been able to find it in my chart. I always had to question my charges because they were so high despite having insurance. Frequently the response was "oh you are right. That was a mistake ". After having a filling done I made an appointment to have my bite checked because it was off afterwards. I showed up and they had cancelled the appointment. " the appointment was a mistake you already had the work done". What the hell. I have family members and several friends who had the same negative experiences. It's too busy and disorganized and the quality of care is lacking.
