I was looking for trailers to buy one to replace our 6 x 4 cage trailer, which had a bent axle. I thought if I could pick up a cheap one it may end up costing less than fixing the one we had. But I saw an add for B.C. Trailer Engineers and a spare parts pack they did. It had a great sounding price and all we needed plus a few extra's we didn't need but could use anyway. I rang them the next day and confirmed the price and what it included, as well as the fact they were available in both stuf patterns, which they were. My partner went and picked them up one day after work. Their service was great and it was a really good alternative and ended up heaps cheaper to do that ourselves. Would never have thought to seek out somewhere like this. I always thought a place like this would be more expensive but they proved me wrong. Even if you don't live nearby it is worth the trip if you need something specific.

When we collected our vehicles at the end of the day we were asking a lot of questions about best ways to clean the cars and anything we should be mindful of, Hamish was extremely helpful and answered all questions easily. My friend bought a few cleaning products while we were there that he uses every time he washes his car, every week or so. The guys here take a lot of pride in their work and it's clear that this is a passion of theirs. They are usually keen to show their work on their Facebook page and will ask if that is okay before posting images with number plates blacked out. If you are after external paint treatment or internal leather or fabric treatment these guys are great at what they do and they will save you money compared to what you would pay in a dealership.

Steve was great in handling my enquiry and although I am a lay-man, spoke to me on level, not down to me. Jeff had even worked at (the dealership) for 20 years and was familiar with my type of car. The result is that I've had my issue fixed for less than I was quoted for a diagnosis of the issue. I am very satisfied with the service I received from here and I will do business here again.

I recently took my car here because the trans was slipping. I went in thinking I may be up for a…read morenew transmission and wanted an idea on how long it may last. I left with no issues and Greg seems to think it should all be good. For a good trans service I saved a fortune on having to replace it when it got a little worse. He even told me what I needed to fix another totally unrelated problem that I had occurring with my steering which also saved me heaps. He is an older bloke and obviously been doing this for years and it shows. Plus to top it off, I booked my car in for a service and flush (which was more expensive) and he only charged me for the service as he said it did not need the flush. So he was honest enough to do that and save me more money. Plenty of others would likely just do the job asked for anyway and take the higher fee whether it was needed or not.
