I had the carpet steam-cleaned the day prior and did not need anything done with it. I was planning to furnish the property and use it as an AirBnB. The cleaner was on time and courteous. They did not have much cleaning equipment which concerned me but they started right away. It seemed to be going ok until I needed to step out to pick up some items. When I returned, they were gone and did not return. For an empty house that was already fairly clean, it should have been an easy job. After inspection, the windows sills were dirty, the shades had not been dusted, the countertop and shelves were dusty, water was left sitting in the sinks and not wiped dry, the empty basement that had the 3rd bedroom and 2nd bathroom had hardly been touched. The shower glass doors and surround hadn't even been wiped down. I had spider webs in the ceilings, walls and baseboard corners. This company tailors to AirBnb and charge 15% of earnings to clean and restock the house... according to them. I said that I wanted to try a deep cleaning 1st to see the work quality. I am glad that I didn't sign anything. I tried contacting Collin prior to leaving this review so he would not be blindsided and he did not call me back. My wife and I had to go back and reclean the house. $300 plus wasted. I will not recommend or be using them again.

Our appointment was from 1:30 PM with 2 cleaners (Blanca & Angelica) for a 4 bedroom & 2 full bathroom home. Refer to the deep cleaning checklist. Upon arrival and checking things out, after Blanca has left, I noticed a few drawers still dirty and untouched. I did contact Blanca's Cleaning for assistance & they came the next day at 0800 AM to ensure each drawer was cleaned to my standards! Every visit they come in smiling, always with "Good morning" greetings and are accommodating to service request exceptions. In my original review, I mentioned the hotel-style folded towels, which is such a nice touch. I should've also mentioned the occasional toilet paper folding designs. A reflection of their skill and attention to detail, it's SO LOVELY. We stay out of their way when they work and that initial walk through the house after they're gone produces the best feeling. Their help keeping the house in order relieves so much stress. We're always so impressed how perfect the house looks and smells.
