Cleaned my apartment very well! Great communication beforehand and super affordable. Would recommend to others!

When she started off, she did very well. She cleaned the kitchen, (not necessarily to my standards, but very well) and even when she cleaned the bathroom at the end, she did very well. She knew organization was involved, and I even sent her pictures. She said that organization would cost more, and the bedroom actually looked organized. However, a couple of days after she left, I couldn't find some of my things. I found dirty clothes in with clean and vice versa. I found all kinds of stuff purposefully put under my bed. I even found a dozen pairs of dirty socks in a small tub on the shelf of my closet. The reason I hired her was because I couldn't be down on my hands and knees to get the important things under there. I mostly needed help with the laundry because I was way behind on that. Come to find out, the laundry she got done was what she left for me to do in the washer and dryer. I'm disabled, which she knew. But, perhaps, she just didn't plan very well because she did work 5 hours. Yet, when all was said and done, she tried to cash the check I gave her twice. It also included a tip for what appeared an outstanding job but was only in appearance. I wouldn't have minded at all if she hadn't finished and probably still given her that tip. read more
