I ended up choosing the 3.5 hour clean so make sure these priorities could be taken care of with hopes that maybe one or two other tasks from a prioritized list could be done in that time period. After Monday's cleaning, I will say that the bathrooms look very nice, but that seems to be the only thing that got done. I'm not sure how that would have taken the entire 3.5 hours, as two of the bathrooms are seldom used, very small, and mostly already clean. She noted that she dusted the drop zone (a small bench) which is nice, but it was not an area of the house on our list to be cleaned. I was upset that I essentially paid $200 to have my bathrooms cleaned, so I left that feedback to the company. I will say I was very impressed with the quick, kind response and offer to have the cleaner come back for 2.5 hours the next day. During that 2.5 hours session, she noted that she touched up the bathrooms she had previously cleaned, cleaned the baseboards upstairs in the bedrooms and vacuumed, and cleaned the baseboards in the hallway/stairs to our kitchen. Do these areas look great? Yes! But I'm at a loss at how, in six hours of cleaning, the majority of my kitchen and the entirety of the living room were untouched. We have been debating hiring a cleaner for a monthly or quarterly cleaning, but we will not be continuing with Grace Home Cleaning.

After a telephone conversation and a walk-through of the area to be cleaned, we agreed upon pricing, and my service was scheduled. My first visit to ladies came out and offered the deep cleaning service. I would expect with every visit. The next visit the same, two ladies came out and did an average job and left before I had an opportunity to walk through the area, and I was a little disappointed that somethings were left, either undone, or simply not cleaned at all. The third and final visit the ladies were at my house for less than an hour and left without cleaning floors, stove, toilets, etc. and I decided to move on from using their services. While I was offered the opportunity to have the crew come back another day. My schedule didn't allow for it and I was a little frustrated with the whole experience.
