He takes the time to explain everything in details and address all the concerns you have. His bedside manner is wonderful I believe he is a doctor that cares about his patients more than they may care about themselves. That is why I sent my "doctor adverse"husband to him. He has been in practice long enough to have great contacts for specialty work. His office staff is always nice. They answer the phone. The nurse really does return calls. I just hope Dr. M Glodener loves his job so much that he doesn't retire anytime in the next decade or two. Not a lot of doctors are going into general practice these days. He knows my long and complicated medical history. I consider him to be amongst the things I have been blessed with. I hope he knows how much he means to his patients.

I sat in their waiting room for 19 minutes & no one came from the back or in the front door. At 10 AM a woman came and stood in front of the receptionist for 5 minutes without being acknowledged at all. The woman asked to be seen early for her 10:30AM appointment. They told her sure. In general the care I receive is good, not great…read more The areas of concern are 100% based on lack of training, inattention to detail, rushing, and not properly hiring empathic customer facing admins. Key areas: Getting refills promptly addressed via portal and without having to place a call to let them know a request has been put in. Ensuring the RIGHT medication is being refilled. Follow up- if there's an issue with insurance or payment or test results or prescriptions, you will not receive a call. You might not even be notified on the portal. To get proper medical service, the patient needs to be on top of them for all the above reasons. If you are an active and engaged participant in your own medical care and are willing to double check things, you'll be fine here. I can say that, for me, I've seen some improvement from years past.
