Now we have our granddaughter out and we trust getting our canoes and kayaks here. She's only 4, but already us veteran of trips and has her own paddle. We never worry about equipment failing or being forgotten at pick-up time. We spent extra time exploring every deep pool along the way on our trip yesterday and it took a quick phone call to push back our pick-up time two hours. They are beyond accommodating and go the extra mile for their customers. Can't recommend them high enough.

I do between 80-100 a week and the staff (Mike) helped me pick out a bike that was just right for me and he gave me a great deal. I did have a cable fray a about a month after I bought the bike and the replaced it free of change and told me to come back in 100 miles to have the cable and gears adjusted. My only beef with the place is that they do not have a good selection of biking accessories so I buy a lot online and that's cool too...

I took my Lectric XP4 to Two Bros Bike Shop based on great reviews--even though it meant an…read more80-minute round trip. My hydraulic brakes were making random scraping noises, and gears 7 and 8 had a slight clicking feeling. I also wanted a general check to make sure everything was aligned and torqued properly. I was greeted by Max and explained the issues. He offered a $90 "Stage One" package--cleaning, lubrication, tightening, tire pressure, and inspection. My bike was only two weeks old, so I was hesitant, but since my requested repairs were only $30, I agreed. Three hours later, I got a call that the bike was done. Fast, I thought--maybe that's why they have good reviews. But when I picked it up the next day, the scraping and clicking were still there. It was clear they'd only done the Stage One package, skipping the actual repairs. They even claimed my two-week-old chain was 25% worn, which made no sense. I called and spoke to Chris, who said I could bring it back. When I returned, Chris seemed rushed and a bit dismissive, but after we went over everything again, he promised to personally inspect the bike and offered a refund along with free repairs. That was fair, so I left it with him. By Wednesday afternoon--two days later--I hadn't heard anything, so I called. Chris said he wanted to test ride it before I picked it up, and I got a call later that day saying it was ready. Unfortunately, the back brake was still scraping. Chris admitted he hadn't touched the back tire--even though I'd clearly mentioned both. He told me to "double tap the brakes" to stop the noise. My gears still click, and the rear brake squeaks worse than before. Even my wife noticed. After four hours of driving and multiple visits, I'm left with the same problems I started with. Very disappointed.

There are now groomed trails that can be ridden year-round! How freaking cool is that! The first think you may notice when driving by is the green wood-paneled Cadillac limo. This rad thing is their shop van! These guys load up and hit up bike parks in this thing. This is by far the coolest shop van I've ever seen. The guys at the shop are the nicest humans you'll find. They are all so good at what they do, and won't make you feel like an idiot when you come in. I had the pleasure of camping here for a women's weekend event, and the guys at the shop made sure we had what we needed and let us have our fun. Shop dog Willow is the cutest! If you stop by, make sure you get a sticker of sweet Willow. I'm almost bummed that I don't live here anymore, but now I have an excuse to come visit! I will be back, and I would recommend this shop without hesitation!

While in New York for snowy weekend we decided to rent snowmobiles. The people that we stay with…read morenormally rent from this place. I first have to explain the building. It is my dream man cave with rough-hewn lumber for siding on the inside and smells of 2-cycle engines and gasoline. Complete with the friendliest people you could ever meet. Snowmobile people generally stick together and it seems like everyone in this crew including all of the customers came in and out of this place during the day seem know each other and were really friendly. Now going into this place I want to let you know that renting snowmobiles is not a cheap way to spend your morning. The snowmobiles they have are not 12 year old pieces of junk most of them are current model year and have very few miles on them. The particular sled I was on retails for about $16,000 and I paid around $230 to rent for 4 hours. Not a bad deal if you're only going to snowmobile once or twice a year. This dealership was located in a town of Ellery and the way the trail system works here is that these snowmobile clubs are all volunteer and they maintain the trails which go through private properties. So they have to respect the property owners so the trails are maintained. We had an incident with one of the snowmobiles where we ended up flipping it into a very small body of water. It was completely unintentional however fellow on a snowmobile have to be driving by and knew where we rented the sled from call the owner, helped us get this let out of the water unfortunately the engine was hydrolocked. This stranger than helped us towed the sled a few miles up to the street where the owner, Bryce, met us with the trailer and he wasn't even mad. We helped him load the sled in the trailer and got it back to the shop or he even encouraged us to grab another sled and go out and finish up a rental. But to be honest we're pretty much done at that point. Fortunately the damage was minimal and the shop did not charge us for the damage. These are Stand Up Guys working very hard in a small company and I would encourage you 110% to give them a try.
