As the daughter of a lawyer, I can tell you that I grew up with plenty of harsh jokes about attorneys. I am always very careful about choosing lawyers I can trust. In short, about six months ago I did a marketing campaign for a certain company ( that I will refrain from mentioning at this time ) who at the end of the job, failed to pay me. They took my 50% "friend" discount as they were a friend's associate of mine and on top of that, over 1,500 hours of free work that I got them by recruiting and hiring interns and bailed. I passionately worked to make the company's mission to sell the event to capacity a reality. Capacity was 16,000 people. When the event sold out AT CAPACITY, they claimed that they "didn't make as much as they wished". Due to this, they couldn't pay the $11,500 they owed me. To make matters worse, I promised the wonderful and hardworking interns that I would pay them as soon as I got paid for the job--even though they all agreed to work for free. There we were, a bunch of bright eyed Cal college students, thrilled with a challenge and relieved that we were going to have a little money for the upcoming semester. Being a student and making money at the same time can be hard, especially at Cal. Here we are NOW, trying to figure out how to justify lower scores on exams, loss of sleep, time and energy. These people don't respond to our calls, emails, or letters. This is where Jason comes in: After telling a few friends and associates about what was happening, a friend recommended Jason. After being involved in a motorcycle accident, I went searching for a lawyer to assist me with all of the legal poop. I came across Jason's legal services (Allegiance Law) on Yelp. I contacted him on a Saturday and the man himself actually answered! Before him, I had contacted several other lawyers and in most cases, I spoke to an assistant or paralegal but Jason actually answered his own phone. He was friendly and offered some good advice from the get go. After a few days, I decided to push forward with Allegiance Law. The process was extremely smooth! I expected a long, drawn out process because of the fun details involved in my case. It turns out the lady had no insurance. Luckily I had full coverage on my Harley but Jason had to sue my own insurance company to actually get some compensation. (Side note: people with no car insurance should be socked in the face! Not cool!) Unfortunately, I had no medical insurance at the time and got hit with a bunch of hospital fees, a fun ambulance ride that cost me over 2K and various other things. Jason played it cool, worked out a good number with the hospital and got the ambulance issue taken care of. I give Jason high marks for customer service and his knowledge of the legal system. He is a down to earth dude that goes the distance to help his clients. If you're ever in an accident (let's hope you're not), this is a man to count on for assistance with the annoying legalities. I hope to not be involved in anymore wrecks but I will definitely keep Jason in mind should something else occur. My neighbors puppy keeps getting loose and pooping on my porch! Quick story: Average and lazy lawyer. When my case seemed too challenging I never heard from this lawyer again even after calling and emailing daily. Waste of time and felt mislead. Longer info re: Personal Injury. I met with Jason at a local coffee shop since the office is NOT WHEELCHAIR ACCESSABLE (FYI). We met to discuss my accident. Jason seemed knowledgable and friendly and had a number of different solutions. He asked me to email him some documents and he would be in touch with me after he reviewed them. I never heard back from him, so I called and was transferred to his office. He sounded like he had forgotten who I was, couldn't remember my name and had not even looked at the documents he asked me for. He said he would call me back the following day. He did not. After one week of calling and emailing I finally received a two line email reply back from Jason stating he couldn't go further with the case. I felt dismissed and that he was not interested in speaking with me since he felt there was no money to be gained from me. I would have paid for legal advice out of my own pocket. I would not recommend this lawyer to anyone who needs someone to be on your side or Who needs a superstar who can find alternative options that the average lawyer is too lazy to do. read more

Attorney Jason Lundberg was 40 minutes late to our first meeting, March 10, 2017. Strike 1. I fired Lundberg after multiple displays of both poor communication skills, and lacking a sense of urgency. Lundberg's response times extended for a full week or longer, and his responses lead me to believe he hadn't listened to voicemails or read sent emails. Strike 2. October 25, 2017, Lundberg called to make me aware of a paperwork issue resulting in Lundberg and Allegiance Law continuing to be listed as my legal representatives. After a chat with Lundberg, and discussing previous issues regarding his tardiness and poor communication skills, we both agreed to move forward with working together one more time. On Dec 13, 2017, Lundberg was a complete no-show for a Status Conference, and there was no representation in his absence. When I called Allegiance Law inquiring of his whereabouts, I was told he was in the building. The opposing attorney informed me Lundberg wouldn't be present due to a back injury. Strike 3. AVOID.
