Finally he came and reviewed the project and said he would contact me in 2 days with the estimate and he gave me a business card and I gave my email in addition to my phone. He never sent any email or called me to explain he wasn't interested in the job.. Obviously, he has no respect for himself , his business or the homeowner. Would never hire anyone that lies to my face and acts like that.
