I called office to have some design made So couple days passed I called and asked how things were going and the owner said I owed a pass balance which was from almost 6 months ago and he didn't even call to tell me and I remember the incident as the gentleman I was dealing with got fired during the process of my design so I couldn't wait so I went somewhere else ! the owner said I still have to pay for the design work even though I never received the design from six months ago ! As a business owner who did some work with Allegra, I encourage you to stay away and use an independently owned printing company. My first and only experience with Allegra was not positive. I found them to be rude, impersonal, and insulting when things did not go their way. This is not Chicago or New York...this is Rockford. There are tons of independent printing companies who care not only about their customers, but people in general, and would never be rude no matter what the situation. Nobody should ever make you feel stupid for not knowing about something you're not a part of, in this case, the paper printing industry.
