The best repair shop in town by far. I've had experiences with other phone and computer repair stores in the area before and I have usually left frustrated by either the high prices or the lack of customer service. Revival has competitive pricing, but more important than that to me is the quality of the customer service I've received. They are very attentive, friendly, patient, and ask good questions about what's going on. They have never looked down on me for not knowing all the answers, which is what I've gotten at other stores. They're also a locally-owned and operated business, not a chain, so if you like to shop local, this is a great spot for you. I brought my iPhone 7 in after it stopped charging and because it was a simple fix they actually did it for free!! The other shops said they'd charge me $80+ to do the same fix. DON'T GO HERE FOR PHONE REPAIRS. Dropped off my Samsung Galaxy S8 off for a battery replacement because it wouldn't turn on. The new battery didn't fix the problem and the owner refused to refund the 120 dollars. Oh yeah, and he cracked the back glass in the process, and wanted me to pay for a new one. The company is unresponsive as well, as I waited a month for my phone when I was told it would be done in a couple days...... I am a very clumsy person, I am known for breaking my phone screen every month, and sometimes twice in a month... I have taken my phone all over town, to kiosks, to "certified" repair shops and to any friends, family members and even friends of friends of a friends. I would take my phone to ANYONE who can fix a phone screen for the low: while I got my phone back in seemingly ok condition, I knew after my last break I needed to see a professional. So I after seeing a kind review from an old friend right here on the book, I found myself right here. I messaged Scott directly, right here on the Revival Tech facebook page and he replied within minutes. This man is friendly and real. He treated me with comfort and care from our first interactions via message, as well as in person. There is not a better place or price I could recommend for any tech repair, they can do it all. I had a mac laptop that was slow and the battery was totally dead. (I haven't been able to use it without unplugging it for over a year.) After taking it to Revival Tech - I feel like I have a brand new computer! They updated the RAM and replaced the battery. They are very reasonably priced. I brought my 60 inch plasma screen TV in for a diagnostic check paid $25 for them to look at it and tell me what was wrong two weeks later I was told that they didn't know what was wrong and they would send it to their TV repair man it would cost me another $40 for him to diagnose what was wrong with it, they called me back and told me it was going to cost $400 to fix it I did not want to spend $400 to fix the TV so I told them I would pick it up, When I pick the TV up I asked them what the repair man had said was wrong with the TV and what needed to be replaced they told me they could not tell me what needed to be replaced, when you take your car into get it repaired they give you the parts that need to be replaced and tell you how much it will cost. Anyway when I brought the TV home and laid it down I noticed it had two large dents and a large scratch or gouge on the back panel looks like whoever had it didn't take care of it and knocked down or drop things on the back of it I am not happy . It was a very bad experience and I do not recommend this company! read more

I highly recommend NOT bringing in anything for these people to repair, I was jerked around for three weeks going on a 4th week about my PS4 simply needing it's HDMI port repair. I didnt hear from them for 2 weeks and called on Monday to get it an update about the repair, had smoke blew up my butt and was told they were making it a "priority repair" and they would have it fixed within 2 days, didn't hear anything and I gave them an extra day and called them Thursday, employee was slightly rude and talking to me like I was a child, chalked it up to him having a bad day then later that day I was given more excuses by Scott. Friday I went to the shop to see what was going on, Scott again blew smoke up my butt again. Saturday I had a magical text occur after my visit the previous day stating that my PS4 was fixed, I went and picked up my console and went home. I got it home and tried to boot up my console, and the main way that most PlayStation owners do it is by turning it on Via the PS button on the controller it wasn't working it was almost like my console didn't recognize my controllers. Thought that was weird and I went on YouTube and spent the next couple of hours going through videos to see how I can reconnect my controllers. And nothing was working I contacted the shop to let him know that the controllers aren't reconnecting and I went back to the shop to drop it off so they can fix the issue. I packed up everything again and headed back & was told that they wouldn't be able to get to it right away I refused and waited 5 hours in store, overheard the associate talking to Scott about how they were trying to fix it using forums on the internet and talking about reformatting my hard drive without my permission. Got very upset demanded the console back and my money back. Again I was talked down to but by Scott this time like I was a child ( On The Phone btw) and he said I wasn't going to get my money back even though they didn't fix the problem and accused me of doing more damage to the console. Which didn't take place, cause it's was my baby. The next day I find out that they reset my hard drive, 300 gbs worth of video and saved content that wasn't backed up was now gone. Tried contacting them to resolve the issue, they completely ignored me. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN NOR HIS EMPLOYEES. read more
