I hired this company on 8/13/25, and the experience was awful from start to finish. They were scheduled for 9 AM but didn't arrive until after 10. The original quote was $379 for the first two hours with two movers and $169 for each additional hour (spoke with John). Without asking me, they decided to bring a third mover, which raised the rate to $515 for the first two hours and $239 for each additional hour. Jake assured me this would save money because the move would go faster, but instead, it dragged on for seven hours just to move some furniture and boxes. To make things worse, Jake didn't even have a proper receipt--he reused an old one and scribbled over it. During the move, they dropped my couch off the truck and broke both front legs. Jake admitted it, saying, "Well, that happens. I'll come back and fix it." We paid in full immediately (they also charge extra for credit card payments), but as of 9/19/25, the couch is still broken and Jake has never come back. This company is unprofessional, careless, and dishonest. Use them at your own risk.

If traffic had them arriving late they communicated all the way until they arrived. The price never changed when they got there. I sent them pictures they sent me a quote and that's what they charged. The last time I even asked them to do something extra and they did for a fair price. I'm going to use them every time I need this kind of service or any other that they can do. Alex is the one I usually communicate with and he has been wonderful as well as the team that comes to do the work. Very professional but also very caring. I'll as what pics I have below. My belongings were falling all over the truck. Danny kept a drill that was not his. I hope he does the right thing and returns it. They kept my ladder. I just want the drill back!! Our mover started complaining half way thru the job, mostly that I hadn't packed well. While him and his buddy were moving slowly, my boyfriend and I were hustling back and fourth from the house to the truck. When I hired this guy, I didn't think I would be doing half the work myself. Dave also left for about 20 minutes during the job to get lunch and when I asked him where he went he smirked and told me he went to Burger King. It was unprofessional in my opinion and I didn't need to hear him complaining while I was paying him. I gave him our new address were at least 2 times over the phone and he still didn't have it, seemed unorganized. I strongly regret the decision to hire this company.

When the 2 young men got there, they were very nice and apologetic, which was all well and good.. and appreciated but..... When they finalized the on-site quote, it was $828!!! FAR different than I had been told. I told him never mind (although then wasn't sure what my next plan was!) and he was able to juggle the price with his supervisor.. still no where near what I had been quoted over the phone, but better than $828. The team was very professional and took great care hauling things from my basement.. All in all, I was satisfied with the work.. it was the drastic cost difference that tainted my view.

We are missing a lot of important things. This was a 10 mile move, not long distance. We tried to…read morecommunicate with John, the owner, but all he would say was that he has been in business for 34 years! I guess he thinks that makes him above making a mistake. Then his wife came to get paid and she was hostile and demanding. I told her we needed to discuss the fact that we had items missing and she pointed to 2 tall boxes and rudely said "you aren't unpacked" I replied that we had opened the boxes and replaced the items in the boxes and the silverware was not in either box. She demanded payment, I handed her the check and she stormed off shouting for us to never contact them and that she HOPED MY DOG GOT SICK! They packed the rooms that have items missing, a huge set of good silver, a credit card that was just received and still in the envelope with things in our desk, a big three ring binder type check book as well as other contents in the desk. My tote bag that contained personal items, think purse, is also missing. Why would they even think I would want them to move that? When I mentioned it to the wife her rely was "if it was in the office and they were packing the office they had a right to move it." We had other issues with them, they used an excessive amount of paper, which made more boxes and then charged more than the contract. When I say excessive I mean 20 to 30 sheets of paper in the bottom of the box, 6 full size sheets per light bulb, multiple sheets on Tupperware, and 20 to 40 sheets on top of the items in each box. Every box items were wrapped in excess. The other issue is they did not put down runners the day they packed and my light colored carpet is filthy, it did not have black streaks on the edges of the steps and the back of each step where their feet hit it, overall the carpet is very dirty and it was not before they packed. They packed on Sept.15 and moved us the next day. All boxes have been opened and these items are not here. They will not return our calls or text. When all a man can say in response to our concerns is that he has been in business for 34 years I think he has more ego than knowledge.
