i have been going to cps plus service in brighton mi. i had a computer failure issue on another…read morecomputer that i ws told could be fixed."no need to get another computer" and graciously took my money. the problem was resolved. months later i developed the same problem. again i asked the computer "expert" "is it was worth fixing and the response was yes you don't need to buy a new computer" and they took my computer and my money to fix the issue. one week later same problem took it back and was told buy a new computer. we will make it right for you if you buy a new computer we will transfer everything and get you up and running. i bought a new computer on their advice had the work done. picked up the new computer and had system problems.. i took it back to show the owner kevin germain what was wrong. his response was "look, what we did for you would cost $300.oo dollars and now you want me to do more. i replied no i just want it fixed! after a few exchanges of words he told me to get the "fuck out of his store" i told him i wanted a refund of the last money i spent here and he told me "you aren't getting anything""get out"and proceeded to tell me he was going to wipe my computers clean. stay away the owner is a jack ass!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
