Have you ever stepped into a clinic just to have stone faced people at the counter to the routine "fill this out, have a seat, we'll call you, next"? Well this place breaks the mold. Came here because of a swollen foot and my company would not let me work until I visited a clinic and got a signed approval. I got recommended here so in I went. Everybody from the window to the back doctors were very nice, helpful and knowledgeable of course. My blood taken for uric acid was met with caution that if I fainted that it would be better if I laid down and they did not rush me to get out of the room, then offered to let someone help me to car car since I would only walk on one left, call me hop a long. Total bill for check up, uric acid analysis was $105, I thought it was going to be a ridiculous price but that did not hurt me too much, neither did my blood being taken. Also this clinic is an industrial clinic as well that takes your physical check up before getting the approval to work.

The pain is so bad in my head that I'm shivering to death and there are no blankets, no pillows, no way to control the TV , and no way to control the lights. And I'm paying for this?....WoW!!! I'm about to yank this IV out and get me an Uber back to my truck. I'm over this already. Been here 2 hrs and still know nothing.

The drawback would be that I don't think I have seen the same doctor twice, it's always someone different, which means re-capping the medical history because like most medical professionals, they can't be bothered to read your chart. They prefer if you have an appointment, but there is a time allotted for walk-ins every morning, which is good when you are sick but don't want to miss work.

The lack of care and medical understanding I received from Dr Milinda Avalos was incredible…read more At the first office visit (a yearly check up) I was shuttled in and out as quick as possible, and I did not have time to ask any questions. Then, my labs showed one slightly elevated liver enzyme, which Dr Avalos incorrectly diagnosed as non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. I fed my numbers into an AI bot and the bot had the intelligence to ask if I'd had a hard workout recently. In fact I did, and I'm guessing the AI bot was more correct. More galling, I asked Dr Avalos what to do about the NAFLD. She basically said "IDK LOL," and if that wasn't bad enough the app let me know the response was generated by AI. She couldn't care less... Next, I asked to go on zepbound. Dr Avalos prescribed it for me (BMI above 30), but told me it would only be for a month while my BMI was above 30. I showed her the data from Eli Lilly showing that this is supposed to be a long term / maintenance drug, and if I go off in a month obviously I'm going to regain the weight. I showed her clinical data that confirms I should stay on through lower BMIs. I showed her insurance data that said I should stay qualified as long as I qualified at the beginning of treatment. Again her response was basically "IDK LOL!" Cannot recommend avoiding this place at all costs if this is the type of person they have giving medical advice.

She noticed that I was somewhat irritated as to having to wait so long. She said she was sorry but that was just the way the Dr was, meaning Dr. Toby Kirkwood. I told her it was unacceptable and I'm not going to tolerate it. She apologized and said that she would check back in with me in a little while. 5-10 minutes later, she came back and said the Dr would be another 5-10 minutes before he would see me. I told her no ma'am I'm not going to wait another minute and I walked out without seeing anyone today. I told her this is the last time I will be back to this clinic. I had another appointment next month but on my way out, I stopped by the desk and canceled it as well. I did receive my co-pay back that I had paid for today. I refuse to wait over hour half too 2hours to be seen. My time is just as precious as his......POOR SERVICE!!!! Watch your time!!!!
