I LOVE doing things online & this practice makes everything easy. Once my new patient forms were filled out, the office called me & got my appointment scheduled immediately. Their office is located in a convenient area with plenty of parking. The office is clean & hey, gotta love a place that plays music like "Fat Bottom Girls" & "Enter Sandman". For the first time ever, I was seen promptly & shown to the examination room. I love Dr. Tucker! She is awesome, nice & has a really relaxed vibe. Before long, I was on my way for my blood test & how convenient there is a small Lab Corp office off of their reception area. So a one stop visit. Staff are extremely nice & efficient. Seriously, the most seemless appointment I've experienced. Highly recommend.

They told me 5 days to get a referral through. No escalation path for emergencies. My doc put a STAT and rush on it. Their "referral specialists" just speak from a script. Forget ever talking directly to a provider. Even though I like my doc and hate starting over, I'm changing at the end of the year during open enrollment along with my Medicare plan. It's attorney time before I can't walk again! I'd give 0 stars if that was option.

I spent an hour and a half yesterday trying to speak with someone to understand why the refills haven't been sent back. I was told ok, let me check and call you back. NO CALL BACK, no refills. Down to my last dose of a maintenance medication for potential life-threatening condition. Call pharmacy today, "no sir, we don't have the authorization from your doctor". Spent 2 hours on phone trying to speak with someone. I finally received a call saying "you haven't had your follow up appointment so we can't refill your prescription". Mind you, I have been on the same meds with the same dosage FOR YEARS. Second, my recent follow up appointment was canceled by the Dr office! Then the next appointment was during hurricane and canceled! Meanwhile, the pharmacy sent the request TWO WEEKS ago, no contact from the Dr office whatsoever stating there was any kind of issue! I was told they would send over a temporary supply only if I scheduled an appointment right that second. This office is horrible to deal, no patient focus whatsoever. I arrived at this location within 20 or 30 minutes of signing up on the website and when I arrived, there were a couple of customers already waiting to do whatever tests they needed to get done. Even though I had faxed the appointment through the website, I brought a hard copy print out just in case the fax never came through. I probably waited another 15-20 minutes before it was my turn. The phlebotomist who was also the receptionist asked me to go back into the testing room where she asked me to sit down. She started with my left arm, doing the typical blood draw things: rubber around the arm, looking for the vein, etc, etc. But you know what, after MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS of jabbing that goddamn needle in my veins and MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS of poking my arm and wiggling the needle in my arm, she wasn't able to draw blood. Like, she did, but it wasn't nearly as enough for the test. So you know what she did? She moved to my right arm. No apologies, no explanations, no words, no anything. She just moved to the right arm and started the whole process over again - this time it was a success. Like bruh, do you do this to all the patients or what? She gave me a cup to pee in and point me at the bathroom and told me where to put the cup after I was done. I went inside, did my thing, came out, and she was nowhere to be found. I put the cup where she told me to, walked out the room, and left without ever seeing her again (I wanted to ask when I could expect to get the results). I got the results the following day!! THIS was one of the only good things about this place - the quick turnaround, with the other being the affordable cost. Everything else? MEH. I hope the next time I come here, it'll be some other phlebotomist who's going to be doing the draw. Otherwise, I'd just drive a little further and find another location.
