I spelled out the name and then she asked me what my full name was. I gave her my full name and spelled that out, too, thinking this information was being used to proceed. She then informed me that the defendant is a client of theirs and that they would not be able to help me. She made sure she had my full name before telling me this, which is manipulative and dishonest to me.
