Considering that sizable differences were found, multiple errors had occurred, no offering to help us understand, and there was a lack of communication and care with any form of perceptible urgency or respect, we are extremely disappointed overall. A service was not performed for us, yet he took our money and has not made any effort to make the situation right. Once they have your money, they make no effort to ensure your happiness.
