Staff took time to show different trees and looking at all the different varieties. I opted to have Allen's deliver and plant for us. They were very accommodating when we needed to reschedule twice. The on-site install crew was very professional, hauled away all debris and left the yard in pristine condition. Also did an excellent job staking the trees. Excited to see these trees grow in the coming years. Onsite crew also communicated when they were done and provided additional instructions to care for our new additions. Thank you!!!

Whens some the of the plants didn't grow the way Roger thought that they should, he took it upon himself to replace them quickly, which we appreciated. Roger and RAL also maintain, check, shut off, and turn on our sprinkler system, and they are right on top of things with our system, repairs, adjustments, etc., they do it all. Their prices are fair, their work is done right the first time, and Roger is an honorable businessman. We would highly recommend them without reservation.

Worst customer service I've ever seen customers at pro desk did not treat me with respect or did…read morenot even acknowledge me. There was no register available which means that there is no reason for me to have a pro account at this Home Depot. I was not even greeted when entering the building, nobody was polite. Everybody seemed ignorant, and pesky almost like I can't even ask for help because it's against the rules or the law.
