Mark was the only one who came in and really took a detailed look at what was going on before we settled on cost and the timeline to have the work done. He finished my home in 4 days! Everything in my home looks new and better than I ever expected. This was an insurance claim and the hot water heater itself was not covered under the claim. Well, not a problem because he not only bought me a hot water heater at no additional cost to me but he also arranged to have it installed (no cost to me). Obviously he was more than fair and treated me with respect. He listened when I told him what floors I wanted and took me to pick it out. The same thing with the different paints I wanted. When speaking with the manufacturer's representative of the PVC sheeting company (Versico), he said everyone knows that you can't put PVC sheeting over asphalt as it will deteriorate within a year and that he did not like to see it happen and hated to say it but that we had gotten screwed. One roofing company we had stop by for a bid to replace the roof said they had never seen such a bad roofing job. There was much more wrong than just the PVC being on top of the tarred roof. Whenever we had concerns, we were gaslighted until we stopped explaining our concerns. We continually heard "take five roofers and you will get five different opinions" or "residential application is different than commercial application". Oregon Contractors Board's mediator worked out a deal between us in 2023.

He replaced the concrete in my backyard. To top this all off, this guy tries to give me an invoice for another $2800!!! He said he could install a pipe underground. He wasn't even licensed to do this! My flat roof had rotten wood left by the previous owners of my house…read more April and her crew replaced the rotten support beams, replaced the rotten plywood, placed new roofing that coordinates perfectly with my asphalt shingle roof, and painted all the new wood.
