I have not been to this office in years and when I left, I was accidentally overcharged and had a credit on my account (I still have the statement from 2 years ago saying there is a credit on my account). Yesterday I received an old bill in the mail dated back to 3 years ago claiming I owe them hundreds of dollars today. They didn't care that I had a claim statement showing a credit to my account postmarked after the date on this "new statement". I even called my old insurance, but couldn't get any proof of this bill. The management of their billing is outrageous and will try to scam you. They admitted that their old billing was done incorrectly, yet now they are hunting down old patients and forcing them to pay new charges that were never shown before. I wish I could go back in time - I would've found a different doctor instead.

Also , there were constant implications that I wasn't working hard enough and that was why my foot was taking so long to heal. Meanwhile at my wonderful PT office I was told that I had a severe injury that would take a very long time to heal and that they were sorry I was not prepared and impressed by my willingness to work so hard. There is definitely something wrong in this office. The only person that was consistently nice was the woman that greeted you at the front desk. I felt like no one else wanted to be there or wanted me to be there and I didn't feel like a person with value. . On my last visit I was told " this is your last visit -bye! Garnished my wages, and sued me over a 20k medical bill I didn't even know I had. Want to know what that bill was for? An MRI, EGG test, some cortisone shots, an 2 X-rays. Imagine getting misdiagnosed and then sued 4 years later. Meanwhile the guy who owns it gets imported Italian marble floors but is out here suing his patients. Stay far away from this conglomerate. My small town orthopedic correctly diagnosed me with GOUT with blood work and have been fine ever since, something kayal never even thought of.
