After changing I went into the relaxation room with snacks and tea for a few minutes before Heather led me to the facial room. The facial was very nice and relaxing and Heather and I discussed my skin. I'm acne prone and she spend a lot of time on extractions which I'm really grateful for. She spent so long on it that we didn't have time for a scalp massage which is fine, I'd rather have her work on my stupid blackheads. My only suggestion would be to exclude the random leg massage. I wasn't expecting it and wished I had shaved. Another con was the hard upsell. They tried to get me to buy a oil hail brush massage and kept pushing overpriced products on me. Hormones change...which can cause some hair to come back, its normal and I really appreciate that I can go back whenever and have touch ups done. The nurse that zaps you with the laser is great, she always makes me feel comfortable which is so appreciated as she is down in my lady bits. Its also very fast...both areas take like 15 total minutes. After the first session on my down below area had way less hair and the razor bumps were fading....shaving gives me gnarly bumps which is why I am doing this. after the last two sessions....some hair is completely gone....not al of it, it takes like 10 but so far so good. I have only had 1 session on my pits but holy cow! hair is barely even growing there after just 1 session....I usually have to shave my pits every other day. its crazy.
