I found out the hard way that if you book online and then cancel your appointment, they will not return you $50 to your credit card. They will apply the $50 towards your account. I will not be returning to this business, which is unfortunate for the facial provider. I tipped her well! My mom referred me to Terri for the deep tissue massage and it was the most wonderful, holistic, and spiritual experience. I felt so comfortable and calm through the whole massage. She explained what she was doing before even doing it and I could tell she already knew what I was comfortable with. She was able to find the areas I was struggling with and the asked me all the right questions. My daughter and I had facials here this week. It was a nice experience! We got robes and slippers, so you feel the full spa experience. The receptionists were get sweet and everyone was so nice to my teen daughter, even gifting her a facial spray. My only complaint was that the extraction on my face was so hard it made tears roll out of my eyes. My face does look fresh though. read more

Well... it's unfortunate that I am leaving this review. I've been coming here for LITERALLY years and usually always have a great experience. Today I am getting me toes and nails done with gel polish. I've gotten these same services every time I've been here and can tell you from past and previous experiences that there are always people in and out of this room, talking, laughing, engaging with whoever. Today one of the techs kept spilling a bottle of cleaner all over there place making a lot of noise and no problem whatsoever. I'm not complaining about that or any of the conversation or noise that happens in this room. I took an important work call, and was only on the phone for about 8 minutes, wasn't yelling wasn't having any conversation above and beyond what anyone else wasn't already having - and this woman who works here starts waving her arms and asks me to hang up the phone..... I believe this was very rude. I don't know that I'll be back after today and that makes me very sad and disappointed. I wouldn't have took the call in the first place if this room was a quite one. But it's not. Everyone in here is talking. Most of the time very loud and most of the time it's the employees taking to each other. Extremely disappointed by how disrespectful that was. 8 minute conversation that was about to be done in 2 more when there are three other conversations happening between the employees? So it's ok for the employees to continue having loud conversations amongst themselves but your client can't take a quick call? read more

If I could give them no stars I would. I received a gift card to this place and decided to go in for a microdermobrasion and chemical peel, something I've done at my regular place at least a dozen times or more. Somehow the Esthetician named Candace at mindful women completely messed up my face. I came out with "scratches" everywhere. The next day I called and went back in to see her and some back office women who I assume were managers. All they did was hand me some sample lotions and completely played it off like it was no big deal. I have used all kinds of stuff to try to heal my face and prevent scaring, but here I am a month later and I definitely have scars on my face. There was no offer of a refund or any concern shown at all really, I was just told "oh it will look so pretty when it's healed". That it does not, I have scars on my face now because of this place!!! You would think that with this place being a higher end salon it would have good quality employees and management. I have had so many chemical peels and microdermobrasions before and never once has anything like this happened, this is not what the results of paying hundreds of dollars to improve your Appearance should be like. I loved my experience at this spa. I got a prenatal massage and it couldn't have been better. I felt totally relaxed and loved the lemon grass essential oil I was able to choose for my massage. Brittany was my massage therapist and she was really clued in to my individual body and needs. She addressed the areas I specifically stated were bothering me as well as other problem areas I didn't even realize were causing me a lot of tension until she started to go over them. My whole experience was never anything less than comfortable and pleasant. This spa is an hour away from my home and I went with a gift card I had won but I think I would make the drive again to go back. I was thoroughly impressed with my experience! It is rare that you find a spa that doesn't make you change IN the massage room. Upon arrival I was given a robe and a PRIVATE bathroom/changing room (not a shared locker room.) I was then able to have time to relax in the meditation room prior to my massage. There was a sauna and steam room available as well, but I am pregnant so I didn't go in either. They brought me a beverage, orange slices, and a hot rag while relaxing in the meditation room. When it came time for my massage, I chose which essential oil I would like the masseuse to use. The massage itself was INCREDIBLE and I was blown away at the skill of the massage therapist. After the massage I was free to relax in the meditation room and/or sauna/steam room if I wanted. They were very accommodating! I would highly recommend this spa to EVERYONE. I went last week for my first facial and had a really pleasant experience! Heather did my facial and was very friendly. She led me to a dressing room to change.. my only issue is that the robe I was given was damp, but I didn't wear it long so not a huge deal. After changing I went into the relaxation room with snacks and tea for a few minutes before Heather led me to the facial room. The facial was very nice and relaxing and Heather and I discussed my skin. I'm acne prone and she spend a lot of time on extractions which I'm really grateful for. She spent so long on it that we didn't have time for a scalp massage which is fine, I'd rather have her work on my stupid blackheads. My only suggestion would be to exclude the random leg massage. I wasn't expecting it and wished I had shaved. Another con was the hard upsell. They tried to get me to buy a oil hail brush massage and kept pushing overpriced products on me. Even with the 10% discount for getting a facial it was still very overpriced. Other than that it was very lovely. read more

Oh yes. Everything about this place was amazing. They were kind, and gentle, and brought us in with a nice calm manner. The place was clean, warm and soothing. They offered us water, tea and snacks. My boyfriend and I got a couples massage that came with steam room and body scrub. Lovely. Just lovely. She set a timer, said we didn't have to rush. This was on Christmas eve. And they treated us like they were there for us, even though it was Christmas Eve. It was calm, relaxing, romantic, and everything you want a couples massage to be. Love love love it. I first off just want to say that when you walk in it's nice and the people greeting and checking you in were great. I went in for a pedi and it was no where worth the money that I paid for it ($55). They were running about 30mins. behind time then get my pedi from a nice lady I just think she needs more customer service training it was a little awkward. Let me just say I LOVE getting pedi's for the massage!! which I did mention to her....and that fell way short. then I'm leaving and look down at my toes which I told her not to take to much off cause they were not very long...on one foot it looks like a 5 yr. did it also she took off almost my whole pinky toe...grrrrr. So needless to say I will not ever be going here again for a pedi. Which is sad. read more
