Wanted me to start paying 500 + $ per session (750% increase?), and I would be going back 20 -30 times to complete everything I wanted. Got hung up on when I tried to talk to staff about honoring the price I had been paying for years. Told them I understand they raised their prices (to an absurd amount) and would pay new price for new work, just wanted them to honor the price I had been paying to complete what they started (would only be about five more times). Also, when I was receiving a different procedure the doctor was making disgusting sexual jokes to the nurse while I was on the table with a bib covering my face, never have I felt so uncomfortable in my life. I wanted to tell them to get a room... what kind of person disgustingly sexually harasses an employee? Especially while there is a paying client lying on the operating table? DISGUSTING and UNPROFESSIONAL to say the least! WOULD NOT GO BACK IF THEY GAVE ME FREE WORK! Look at the pictures of his staff.... hmmmm.... bunch of pretty blondes... not a single male employee....?? Need I say more???

WARNING!!! If you were injected by STEVEN JEPSON, get imaging!…read more Steven P. Jepson, M.D. in Salt Lake City, Utah injected substances into my midcheeks at his med spa. He said the fillers are hyaluronic acid and dissolvable. Imaging would later reveal illegal silicone in my midcheeks. If you were injected with filler by Steven P. Jepson, M.D. prior to 2020, and have been unable to remove the substances, you can have an ultrasound or MRI of your face to identify what was injected into you. Based on his sketchy behavior after his injections, I am suspicious of what exactly he injected into me. During approximately 13 separate sessions, high dosages of chemical were injected into my cheeks trying to remove Steven Jepson's fillers from my midcheeks. Multiple doctors were unable to chemically break down the fillers Steven P. Jepson injected into my cheeks.   This permanent silicone was injected into me against my will and knowledge. Facial silicone is illegal. The liquid silicone injected into my cheeks was done illegally. I was unaware I had permanent silicone. How did that get into my cheeks? Because I was told by Steven Jepson that he injected hyaluronic-acid filler into me, and because the fillers were NOT breaking down, that allowed excess chemical to be injected into me trying to break down the fillers. The natural structure of my entire face was destroyed by the excess chemical, during repeated chemical-injections sessions. The excess chemical spread through my body and I experienced severe bodily harm. I was never informed by Steven Jepson that any harm was possible trying to remove his fillers. Not knowing silicone is located in my cheeks, I contacted Steven Jepson via email. I informed him of the unsuccessful attempts to remove the fillers he injected. He mailed a refund check to me for the fillers. But when I asked to speak with him over the phone, he refused. And when I emailed him questions regarding chemically trying to break down his fillers, he was evasive, and wouldn't answer my questions. This made me more suspicious of what exactly he injected into me. I then requested and received the medical records from him. After receiving the medical records, he sent an email to me stating that he would no longer speak with me, and that if I have any questions, I can speak with his insurance company. Insurance companies provide lawyers to represent doctors in legal cases. This raised serious concerns of what exactly Steven Jepson injected into me. I was in need of medical care and Steven Jepson would not see me or speak with me. A doctor who cares about a patient would say: These are my fillers I injected into you, come see me at my office, and let me help you. Steven Jepson did the opposite. He did not care about my health and safety. Subsequently, I reviewed the medical records from Steven Jepson, the product labeling for the fillers appeared suspicious. Two documented fillers have labels with duplicate identification numbers. Each individual filler is supposed to have its own unique identification number on the manufacturer's label. Yet, the label for one filler that he injected during one appointment has the exact identification number as the label for a second filler that was injected almost three weeks later. I paid Steven Jepson for individual fillers at separate appointments. The filler labels in Steven Jepson's medical records were sent to a dermatologist. The dermatologist sent the labels to their executive contact at the manufacturer. The dermatologist then replied that the labels are fake. After receiving my medical records, I spoke with his receptionist who told me that Steven Jepson was in the process of changing medical-record systems. Soon after I told him that I was concerned for his other patients, he sold his business and retired. When I take all these inconsistencies, it raises serious concerns of what exactly Steven Jepson was injecting into me. I've spent approximately $200,000 on procedures to chemically remove the substances, and subsequent surgeries to address permanent harm from trying to chemically remove his fillers. Steven P. Jepson is an Internal Medicine doctor who opened a med spa for profit. He used the word "Dermatologic" in the naming of his company. This allowed his name to appear in my online search for a dermatologist. I thought I was receiving filler injections from a board-certified dermatologist. I did not know he is an Internal Medicine doctor. When I asked him to chemically break down his filler, he was going to charge me hundreds of dollars. I told him that he was going against industry standard of a doctor removing their own filler at no cost. Steven Jepson then complained to me about the cost to remove the fillers. This told me that Steven Jepson puts profit over patient. It's good that Steven Jepson retired. But that does not take away from the severe harm he caused me.

Swelling was terrible and they never said to put cool packs on my face. In fact, they said not to. Afterwards, I have found that that would have helped. The bigger problem is shown in the photos. On my left eye he did something horribly wrong and you can see from the other photo that I never had this pulling/puckering on that side until after the surgery. I waited a year and went back and he was like what's the problem? He did at least note on the photos that I didn't have that Before but brushed it off and told me to get Botox, but that of course didn't help at all. One side of my eye looks like natural wrinkles, but the other aisle looks very weird. It's like he pulled some muscle too tight right through that spot But wouldn't know up to it.I would definitely not go to him and wish I hadn't. Looks terrible. They do not care whether their clients are happy, only whether they've been paid…read more I initially came here for a rhinoplasty consultation and immediately felt dismissed. My concerns were brushed off, and it was painfully obvious that I was being viewed as a dollar sign rather than a patient. Thankfully, I trusted my instincts and did not move forward with surgery here. Unfortunately, my husband did. He paid $11,300 for a hair transplant at Utah Facial Plastics, only to be left with an uneven + unnatural hairlin. Oh, and just the other day he was asked if he had ever looked into a hair transplant, which tells you how much it didn't improve. Today was his one-year follow-up. Instead of taking responsibility, he was told: "If we did a second transplant, it would just look like it does on top." That is not the problem, Dr. Thompson. The problem is that you took $11,300 and gave someone a bad hairline, then spent a year deflecting his concerns instead of addressing a clearly subpar result. If you're considering this practice, be warned: once they have your money, your satisfaction no longer matters.

To whom you have acne scars, you know the struggles. I've done multiple sessions of microneedling, CO2 laser, emateix etc. throughout the past five years. Unfortunately, those procedures did not help too much given how much money I've spent. One day I saw someone posted about subcision is an effective method for rolling scars which is what I have. After some research, I've found Dr. Taylor! I'm so happy I did. I live in the Midwest so the initial consultation was virtual, Dr. Taylor's staff, Sharene was very helpful, efficient and made the consultation smoothly. I flew to Utah for the procedure which included chemical peel, subcision, and fractional ablative laser. The procedure itself seems very scary from all the videos I've seen online, but Dr. Taylor made sure it was painless. One thing to note, during the procedure my lips got dry and Dr. Taylor asked the nurse to put some Vaseline on. That really showed me how much he cares about his patients! I stayed in Utah for a week for the some followups before heading home. My face was red for couple months, and some numbness due to the tumescent anesthesia, but nothing painful. I'd say my skin was fully recovered from the procedure after three months. The improvement on my cheeks is probably 50-60%. The forehead is not so much, but that's a tough area to treat. Overall, I'm happy that I went to Dr. Taylor and I'll definitely return to his clinic for more service!

Overall, the texture of my skin is worse and I am highly disappointed. As nice as they came across, i cannot recommend Dr. Taylor's practice.
