Before she even knew who I was, clearly they teach their company to have good customer service skills. The report was detailed, and accurate, and a day sooner than expected. I saw on their website that they do aerial photos and videos for realtors and recommended it to my friend in Winston who runs her own real estate company. She contacted them, and within 30 minutes received a response and an outline of costs. She hasn't been able to beat their price anywhere. She ordered yesterday, so no update on if the quality of the video is as great as the appraisal. But if they put half the time and effort into the video as the appraisal and customer service, I'm sure she will be pleased. I do recommend them, and we will be returning.

Beware! Shady dealings. This company signed a contract with me to buy my house. About two weeks…read moreafter signing, they marketed my home on Facebook and on their website with pictures of the inside and outside without telling me they were doing so. Four weeks after signing (2 weeks before closing), they backed out of the contract saying they didn't want to fix any of the issues it had. I'm pretty sure they just couldn't find someone to buy it before they had to close on it with me. After backing out of buying my house, they then had a realtor that's affiliated with the owner of this company to call me wanting to put my house on the open market for me. What? You didn't want to buy my house but you want to sell it?? No way do I want to have anything to do with this company or it's owner! For some reason, two months later, my house is still marketed on their website as "available". Watch out folks!
