That doctor's office sent them the information they needed and they decided unilaterally to cancel my husband's appointment at Family Care of the Fox Cities with NO NOTICE. No call, no text. Then they refused to renew his prescriptions even though they were informed of the other upcoming appointment. Honestly we should have been shopping around when Dr. Richter announced his retirement. To top it off: they are now installing spy cameras in the waiting room. I don't think that's going to make patients feel at ease.

They informed her to meet all the midwives because it was not guaranteed that the one you chose would deliver your baby. My wife met with all three or four midwives during the course of her pregnancy. Come labor and delivery. The hospital called a doctor from Women's Specialty Care and informed us that ALL the midwives were off that night and that a doctor whom my wife never met would be delivering. The doctor was late to show up. My wife was ready to deliver the baby and her body was telling her to push. The nurses were telling her to wait for the doctor, which is both ridiculous and unhealthy. The doctor shows up. My wife says hi (a woman in likely the most pain of her life) the doctor doesn't acknowledge, but carries a groaning frown on her face. She delivers the baby, asks if we have questions, and takes off. Later come to find out hospital policy usually is to wait for a doctor so they can get paid for the delivery. I understand the benefit of having a doctor present, but when it is doing more harm than good by forcing a mother in labor to wait to deliver a baby so the doctor can add one more to her list of babies delivered, then it is ridiculous. This was only one small story of the shit show that happened during my wife's labor. I am grateful my daughter was born healthy, but it was by the strength of my wife not the aid of the grumpy doctor.

Dr Chris was willing to see me immediately. He was so kind and helpful. They moved me to the waitlist for Meagan Peters Gebler (my pt). They would call me whenever they had an opening. Meagan is the best PT I have ever had. And I had seen a handful within a decade. She helped my with a rare bilateral TOS condition, and now my lower back. She is so thoughtful and concise with helping me and causing anymore issues. Every single person I have encountered here has been top notch!
