During our first appointment, we sat with her to discuss his whole health history and all my concerns. Every appointment thereafter, I felt like she really knew and understood him. The lab tests we've done were very comprehensive and she took the time to explain the results carefully. I better understand gut health (and it's importance!) because of her. She is very knowledgable about both natural and conventional supplements and medicine. I've never felt rushed or uncomfortable around her, like I have with other doctors. Every appointment, we've left with a clear treatment plan and next steps. I also saw her earlier this year when I was having some health issues of my own, mainly due to pandemic stress. Just as with my son, she took the time to know my health history and develop a treatment plan with supplements and lab tests. She is an expert on women's health, and I appreciated her insight on seed cycling and adrenal issues. As she transitions to mainly telehealth, I intend to continuing see her for my health needs. I wish she could be my primary health practioner because it's so difficult to find someone who really takes the time to understand the whole you.

Even more impressive was that he had just recently graduated from Med school. I had a previous surgery with a surgeon who really messed things up. It was a right ACL and it was so bad, I had to wear casts for several months and then another bad surgery. Sadly I went years with issues. After that horrible experience I gave up looking for a solution until a few years later. I talked to several sports Drs trying to figure out a solution but most said they just didn't know and didn't want to go in unless they were sure bc it wasn't good to keep going back in. I'm not knocking the other Dr.s I do understand their side. Plus they were having to try to fix something someone else screwed up so it's a challenge. In my 1st appointment, Dr Tressler told me what he thought it was but wouldn't know for sure until he went in. He did the surgery, made the repair and I finally got my life back! He could do no wrong after that. He has since repaired my left ACL too. I had a great recovery and excelled in my rehab. For this reason, I pay a lot in additional $$$ just to go to him bc my insurance company only has him in the general network. Since it has been longer than 3 months since my last treatment was charged $130 for an exam which I was unaware of but apparently had agreed to over the phone. I believed the exam was optional outside of the treatment since I was only wanting a dry needling and that I'd been a customer for years. Left that day believing I paid $80 on my credit card and was settled up. Received a bill saying I still owe money. Went in to clarify and was talk by front desk and was informed that I was charged $130. Front desk told me that I should've only been charged for my treatment but new people get charged $130 and told me to call billing. Called billing and left a voicemail, never responded and after several days received another bill saying I owe additional $80 for the treatment and was told what I paid the first day was for just an exam. Miscommunication, very rude billing person and ended up paying $170 total for a dry needling stand alone appointment. Will not be back. Go elsewhere for stand alone treatments.

I actually enjoyed my visit both times I went in preparation for the crown. It was really comfortable at the office and I felt right at home with everyone there. The explanations of what was transpiring while under their care were easy to understand and appreciated. The time taken to make sure I liked the color match of the crown was sincere and I felt I could reject the crown at any point if I wasn't satisfied. This helped me feel at ease. Dr.Hein is superior, friendly, and always has top notch equipment and his facility is always sparkling as if you were at the spa. His care for myself and entire family has always been kind and compassionate. My sister lives in Milwaukee and still agrees we'll never find another dentist like Dr.Hein. After working in dental you definitely see how many doctors treat their patients and staff, make a treatment plan, and how sincere they really are.
