In July we received $600 bill so we completed payment stub with our FSA debit card info and sent back. No other bills until end of Sept when same $600 bill came with an overdue notice. Called and lady couldn't find any record of our Acct or bill. Called again and spoke to different person. She said we could only talk to the one individual who handles billing and she works nights and weekends. Two days later we get in the mail our payment stub back with a note that they no longer accept debit or credit cards. Will only accept cash or money orders. Unbelievable! This clinic lacks customer service, professionalism, and caring. Clearly they have forgotten that if you don't take care of your patients you won't have any. Explains why their reviews are so poor.

She is the best doctor I have ever had in my life. She actually cares about my health and well being. I never feel rushed at appointments, and her diagnosis's and treatments are always spot on. She is truly a gem. It can be VERY difficult to get an appointment with her, but it's worth the wait. She has squeezed me in a few times when I was terribly ill, because I try not to see any providers but her, and she knows I will probably not treat my illness if I can't see her since I feel like other doctors like to tell me my illness is just viral and send me on my way, where Dr. Biernat doesn't do that. She actually listens to me and knows me well enough to know that if I'm in her office, I have usually waited a long time for my condition to improve before I even made an appointment, since I hate going to the doctor. She actually makes my visits enjoyable knowing how much I don't want to be there. I highly recommend Dr. Biernat.

I can't say enough about the team at Bellin. Not once did I question my midwife, or feel as though she wasn't listening to me or mocking me. She was friendly, happy, considerate, great memory, and always great at making you smile. On top of it she's amazing at her job! She always had immediate answers, never a "I'll get back to you" situation. Every pregnant person I know I try to send to Bellin haha! If you're looking for a happy, compassionate, thoughtful, smart, and calming midwife I highly recommend Annemarie Schiereck. Thanks for making sure my baby was healthy from the beginning.

During our first appointment, we sat with her to discuss his whole health history and all my concerns. Every appointment thereafter, I felt like she really knew and understood him. The lab tests we've done were very comprehensive and she took the time to explain the results carefully. I better understand gut health (and it's importance!) because of her. She is very knowledgable about both natural and conventional supplements and medicine. I've never felt rushed or uncomfortable around her, like I have with other doctors. Every appointment, we've left with a clear treatment plan and next steps. I also saw her earlier this year when I was having some health issues of my own, mainly due to pandemic stress. Just as with my son, she took the time to know my health history and develop a treatment plan with supplements and lab tests. She is an expert on women's health, and I appreciated her insight on seed cycling and adrenal issues. As she transitions to mainly telehealth, I intend to continuing see her for my health needs. I wish she could be my primary health practioner because it's so difficult to find someone who really takes the time to understand the whole you.
