The WORST experience i have ever encountered at a 'professional' office. My appt was 8:30am. The…read moredoctor was 30 minutes late...i sat in the waiting room and was about to leave when i was called and placed in a room. I waited another 20 minutes for the doctor. When the doctor arrived, she started her 'evaluation', and then took a personal call and left me sit for another 15 minutes!!! after spending over an hour of my time , and late for work, i agreed to blood work. results arrived ...which i could read myself. 2 weeks later a RUDE man called me about my experience and to supposedly provide me with results. I explained my poor quality encounter...He told me i could read my results and that perhaps i shouldn't return. NO KIDDING---i told him i would never return to this location. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME.

I had a constant sinus infection which was backed up to my chest and was affecting my breathing. Dr. Lavietes helped my symptoms subside immediately with his treatment plan for me. I take an antihistamine every morning and go to the office for my allergy shot every other week now. The ladies in the office are SO sweet. Especially Gina. They are all very attentive and on point. They also did bloodwork, but refused to give the results over the phone. My wife had to go in to get the results, and they charged all 3 patients for a follow up visit. I spoke to the office manager, Laura, when we were informed of these additional charges. She was very cold and blew me off. She tried to blame my insurance, but the problem is they are billing for unnecessary "services" that weren't actually performed.

She was very understanding and made sure she was able provide me with my needs. The whole process took about 2hrs but the 2 hrs went by really fast. From completing the forms to actually being tested for the different types of allergies. I left finding out I am actually allergic to cats and dogs!!!!! I had no idea. The person that was dealing with checkouts never came to the window to even say someone will be with you shortly at such and such window. The provider I had asked if they could record the session, which I agreed to, but I don't think the other person in the room with me gave consent. In PA all parties must give consent. The staff that did the allergy testing was nice, compassionate and let you know what they were doing and what was happening every step of the way. The low rating is from my experience and the total lack of after care summary. So they have a patient portal for established patients. That is to pay your bill and to get prescription refills through. Oh wait.... Once you get into the portal they don't want you to use that one for bill pay. They want you to use a different one for bill pay. I still have not seen a physical bill only the amount owed. Looking around in the portal they have everything that you would expect to see, but they are not utilizing it at all. They don't share your after care summary in it. You can not message your provider in it. In other words for someone that needs to have things written down, and if you are like me that is going to have several questions after the fact with no way to express yourself to your provider besides sending snail mail and still not getting a response almost 2 weeks later. This facility is not helpful to people with mental health disabilities. Go elsewhere if you need the paper trail for yourself.
