When I got there the next morning they said I didn't have an appointment even though I talked to them the day before. The blonde girl at the receptionist desk was unbelievably rude to me I was shocked. They were able to "get me in" in an hour for an appointment. Once the doctor came in she told me my nose wasn't broken and just my septum was deviated. She told me it would take a while to schedule surgery. It's been 2 weeks since my first appointment and the Nashua ENT still hasnt even contacted me to set up surgery (even though I am DEFINITELY not going there).The other receptionist when leaving my appointment was just as rude as the first one. Would not recommend. I didn't have a good feeling when I left there so I went to a different ENT for a second opinion and thank god I did! They said my nose was broken in 2 spots and it was too late now to pop it back in place so I will need surgery to rebreak it and set it.

The last time I was in the office in 2020, my copay is $40, but due to their covid protocols, they were not taking payment in person and said I would be billed later. Well, I dont have a paper bill as of yet, I have not received a phone call regarding this, and apparently they now have a policy that says fi you owe money, they can't book you. This is $40 and the person on the phone cant take my payment either. So this practice holds your health hostage for $40. Too bad I liked the doctor(s) and nurses, but now I will find another doctor.

I don't think the doctor comes here anymore. If you are on the schedule for weekly/bi-weekly/monthly allergy injections, this is a convenient location, in the lower level. The woman who is generally here (Gail) is very nice, efficient, thorough, and regularly injects the allergy injections at North Andover also. There is no fuss to the injections and she is quick with what she does, the injections. It's nice to have this satellite location available.

This is the only place that stops my attacks and coughing. I am so grateful to Dr. Windt and his staff. I feel like he's saved my life on several occasions when others just wrote me off and said they've done all they could. Dr. Windt will attack your problem from every angle and adjust your meds until he gets it right, which does not take very long. I don't understand why other MDs can't or won't do that. My allergies have been under control after getting allergy shots. Dr. Dubuske has been an amazing doctor for me. He takes the time to listen to his patients and listens to their concerns, whether it is over the phone or during visits. He is very approachable and personable. I have been getting allergy shots every week for a few years and he always accommodates to the patient's schedule to make sure that his patients do not miss the allergy shots. He will even be there at 9 PM or 6 AM in the morning to make sure that his patients get the required treatment. When I was in Nepal, I got an anaphylactic reaction. I called him from Nepal and he picked up the phone in the middle of the night to help me. I am very thankful. Dr. Dubuske goes above and beyond the role of an allergist.
