This is the only place that stops my attacks and coughing. I am so grateful to Dr. Windt and his staff. I feel like he's saved my life on several occasions when others just wrote me off and said they've done all they could. Dr. Windt will attack your problem from every angle and adjust your meds until he gets it right, which does not take very long. I don't understand why other MDs can't or won't do that. It's as if they just don't understand what an asthmatic suffers through.

I don't think the doctor comes here anymore. If you are on the schedule for weekly/bi-weekly/monthly allergy injections, this is a convenient location, in the lower level. The woman who is generally here (Gail) is very nice, efficient, thorough, and regularly injects the allergy injections at North Andover also. There is no fuss to the injections and she is quick with what she does, the injections. It's nice to have this satellite location available.

Claudette the Secretary was no longer there and that made a huge difference. I had a very difficult time making an appointment. No one would call me back. Then, I went in for an appointment and they didn't have me down to get a new vial made up which was the reason I was there. Luckily, I brought it up and Dr. Dyer was able to ask. I waited 4 weeks with no call as I was told they vial would be made that next week. I called and left a message and waited... A got a call about a week later saying they didn't have the ingredients for my vial that it would be a wait. So, I waited for another month and then called them back again. No call back. I called again and got a call back that the secetary had called and left a message with me and couldn't get a hold of me that my vial was ready. I never had an messages from them. I got in fairly quickly but by this point I had to start back at a lower dose because it had been over 2 months since my last shot. They told me they would send my shots to my primary care physician office as they were going that way. I said great!! I go for my shot and the vial isn't there. They sent it to the wrong place. Now, I have to go and get my shots at this location and bring them to my doctors office and get another appointment. A simple confirmation of where it was going would of solved the issue. They have all my records so I assumed they knew where I got all my shots. It has been issues like this that make me miss the old staff that this wouldn't have happened and Claudette who would of got back to me within a day.

Such a pity that I now need to find a new doctor/practice as they refuse to schedule my next…read morerequired injections to prevent me from breaking out into hives and constant itching over a $40 account bill. The last time I was in the office in 2020, my copay is $40, but due to their covid protocols, they were not taking payment in person and said I would be billed later. Well, I dont have a paper bill as of yet, I have not received a phone call regarding this, and apparently they now have a policy that says fi you owe money, they can't book you. This is $40 and the person on the phone cant take my payment either. So this practice holds your health hostage for $40. Too bad I liked the doctor(s) and nurses, but now I will find another doctor.

Dr. Gruenberg has been helping me with allergy-induced asthma recently, and he is one of the best…read morephysicians of any specialty that I've encountered. He takes the time to listen and to explain and has been unusually (for me) successful in achieving a recovery from what had turned into a bad bronchitis. He essentially took over (in a good helpful way) from my pulmonologist and PCP and persisted with a couple of follow ups and new meds until I was cured. It's unusual in my experience to find a doctor who is so attentive and "tuned in". And succeeded where prior physicians had not. Highly recommend.
