The PA I've been seeing fir the last few years, Marilyn Roy, is absolutely wonderful. Thorough, kind, smart with an excellent bedside manner. The office staff on the other hand are terrible. Very poor customer service any time you need to call in. It's nearly impossible to get things accomplished. They never return voicemails or phone calls. Constantly transfer you to voicemail boxes. They take weeks if ever to approve pharmacy prescription refill requests. It took six weeks for them to respond to my insurance company for a prior authorization request. They changed the provider I was seeing without notifying me. Made an appointment with Dr. Roy, showed up for my appointment only to find out a different PA was going to see me that day. I would recommend finding another allergist practice. read more

I like the staff and Dr. Anand at the Tempe office and think that the treatment I receive is working. My problem is with Aspire. There is no direct phone number to each office. I hate the centralized phone system. I also hate that it is taking weeks to get my prescriptions sent to the correct drug store. I don't know whether that's a centralized Aspire issue or a Tempe office issue. If it's a Tempe office issue, shame on them! read more

I do not recommend Aspire, formerly Allergy Associates. After paying them for a year supply of serum and coming in for all my scheduled weekly shots because they say I'm not supposed to miss them in order for the treatment to work, the last time I was there they told me that my serum was expired (though it had been less than a year) and they didn't realize until that day. Though I'm not supposed to delay the shots, it would take at least 2 weeks because Aspire uses a lab in another state. Aspire took over during 2021 and now they don't make serum on-site. I was upset because I was so close to finally being at the highest dose of serum and am eager for my allergies to improve. They keep saying it usually takes a full year before getting relief. By today I should have been finished and getting retested to check my progress. Instead, I have waited 7 weeks and haven't heard from them. They said they would call when my serum was ready so I could schedule shot appointments. My treatment has been set back greatly by waiting this long. I dread calling them because they began using a clueless offshore call center and you can't talk to anyone at their local office directly. When I called last fall to reschedule my appointment, they attempted to book me for an appointment 5 hours in the past. So I need to call or go to the office to find out what is going on. If I had picked a different provider I could be free of allergy symptoms now that spring pollens are back. Instead, I'm out a lot of money, spent hundreds of hours getting shots, and it all was for nothing. Aspire may be in the same building as Allergy Associates but the two people who did the shots quit when Aspire took over and a different person does them every time now. read more

Doctors and medical assistance are willing to help and answer your question. But customer service who handling with the phone calls are horrible. My allergy shot is ready for me. They called me for the appointment. I have confirmed with them times after times, eventually they told me there's no appointment needed. It's a walk in! Then, why you said the word "appointment"? No one had ever correct with it, until the last call. Aside, I do not know how the lady get the feeling that I'm "rude". I just want to confirm the date of my shot. My provider, kaitlyn, was great! She took to time to provide feed back and answer any and all questions I had. Unfortunately, I have been unable to schedule Injections to help manage my allergies. Every time I call the front desk staff transfer me to "Injection room" which immediately goes to voicemail. I leave a voicemail and my provider, Kaitlin, Called back the first time but ever since then no response. I wish this place worked out because I like the provider I saw and it's very close to my home. Hopefully management can find a better, more efficient system so patients can be helped. read more

I am not understanding all of the negative reviews on here! Maybe they are old? Maybe people are just upset because they sign paperwork they do not read/ do not understand their insurance/ do not know how to follow directions when it comes to the medication list you have to sustain from? I have had nothing but a fantastic experience at this location. The office staff works hard to ensure their patients are being taken care of and I have received exceptional case from this location. Prior to my first appointment I had a mix-up with my insurance from my referring doctor's office. Supposedly my insurance provider usually does not need a referral to see a specialist but the specific plan I am on does require a referral. AZ Allergy called me to let me know that morning that the insurance would not go through unless my PCP sent in a referral to my insurance. I contacted my PCP who worked hard at getting the referral in that morning. They were able to get my referral from my PCP but could not submit it because my doctor was not updated in their system yet which could take 24 hours. So I could make it to my appointment, AZ Allergy held off on billing my insurance until my doctor got updated to keep it from getting rejected. My next appointment, I had another mix-up which was my fault. They scheduled me for Thursday and I thought my appointment was on Wednesday. Since I took off work on Wednesday, they were able to accommodate me and squeeze me in the same day for my appointment instead of me having to reschedule taking time off with my job. Furthermore, I have received great service from my specialist, Marilyn. She makes sure to cover all bases and find out what exactly is the root issue of your allergies. She had me do a couple of allergy tests and reviewed some blood-work to ensure my flare-ups were nothing with my immune system. She takes them time to explain everything to you in detail and answers any questions truthfully. I did not feel rushed at all in speaking with her and I truly felt that she cared about what I have been going through with my allergies. I felt very educated about what was going on. I have also had a great experience with the on-site lab as well. I love that they have a lab on-site so I did not have to worry about going anywhere else. My first appointment I did the skin-prick allergy test. My second appointment which was a week later, I did another allergy test where they inject the allergens into my arm to see if I react that way. That same day I met with the doctor, went over my results, and went over my treatment plan. Everything was really efficient. I have been dealing with hive breakouts daily for months which has never happened to me before so I started getting really worried. I was miserable dealing with this rash that would come up on its own or be triggered by something as easy as rubbing my skin or washing my hands. After finding out what I was allergic to (which surprisingly is a lot), Marilyn came up with a treatment plan for me. I am on certain antihistamines which treat hives that I have been taking daily and I have not had a single breakout since. I am so thankful I literally started tearing up talking to my boyfriend about it as I was suffering so much, I did not realize how it would feel to not breakout in hives from my allergies. Although the allergy shot treatment will be tedious, I am looking forward to keeping my allergies at bay long-term. I totally recommend this office and giving it a chance! read more

Ok so here's my review. I have had some bad allergies for the past couple months. I noticed back in November and December how bad it was and the. It went away. Then in early March being sent home to work from home due to Covid they kicked back in. My guess was I was allergic to my Cats. I've had them for 5 years and suddenly I'm getting the sore throat feeling and redness and a dry mouth feeling. Anyway. First and foremost I had to do a skin test. I had told them everything I was taking such as Benadryl. Come the day I go to take the skin test I was told I couldn't because I was on Benadryl and I specifically told them I was on it at the time. So they re scheduled for a week later. I asked what I could take for a medication and they said stop the Benadryl 3 days before and take a medication that was prescribed to me. I let the PA, yes not even a Dr, know I was bipolar and don't want sleep issues. She said not to worry it won't happen. Well guess what? The night I take it I had crazy insomnia and nightmares with a racing heart. I call the next day 3 times asking for a new medication or what to take before the test. The third time I was finally called back and left a msg being told not to take anything. So I'm thinking ok well whatever I have the skin test and then can get some new meds. Come the day of the skin test. I had an appointment at 1215. I was literally 2min late. I got a phone call at exactly 1215 asking where I was. I came in and apologized and was told at the front desk "if you aren't 15min early to check in you are considered late". So this time around I thought it was strange because they didn't even check my vitals. The positive about the skin test was yes I did find out I was allergic to my cats as well as some other things too. So then I talked to the PA. Don't get me wrong she was very nice. But. I was told to just take Allegra 24hr and Benadryl or Cetrizine. Another over the counter allergy medication. So that's the solution? Over the counter meds? So I mentioned I know people who get shots to reduce side effects to cats. I was told "oh if that's what you'd like to do" ok so didn't know I was the one that had to suggest something like that smh and of course that's what I want to do if it helps. So I said I want to start that right away. The. Was told "well for something like that it can take 1-2 months because of all the insurance paperwork we have to fill out lol ok no. Fast fwd to this week. Still having a scratchy feeling in my throat. Yesterday I called twice. Was told "she's off today we will contact you tmr on a medication she suggests". Come today I call 2 more times and get voice mails. Not even a call back. So I decide to go to Walgreens and talk to my pharmacist. She had told me that yes the dry mouth I have been having is part of the reaction to my cats and suggested a tablet that dissolves in my mouth. Looked up my chart and told me "yes these are all just over the counter medications". She then suggested I try Claritin for the time being. I let the pharmacist know I scheduled a new appointment with a new Allergist with an actual Dr and not a PA. The pharmacist also told me how there are a bunch of prescriptions and different kind of steroids as well that can be taken to help reduce symptoms. Ok so. I have been taking the Claritin, with increasing the Benadryl a little bit and my throat is feeling a lot better. I had contacted a new Allergist that a family member has been seeing that has cat allergies and is taking shots for it that has gotten rid of just about all her symptoms. I spoke to an assistant at the new place and they thought how crazy it was that I was not getting a regular prescription as well. Don't get me wrong the PA that I saw was very nice and sweet to me. But, to only really prescribe me over the counter meds and the one prescription I get I was specifically told not to take it at night because it'll keep me up at night but the PA prescribed it that way. As well as how rude the front office is and never returning a phone call when a patient continues to go through symptoms of their allergies!? Yeah no thanks. Plus I was referred here by my Physician by mistake because they still had my Ahcccs health care on file. So yeah very sad that I'm guessing people without regular insurance get these type of treatments read more

The staff upfront needs some improving on customer service but I only had one real bad experience from the lady upfront & she was rude as hell my first day going there but I clearly stated that I was new & I didn't understand & I made a nice comment to her & she calmed down . Dr Miriam however was wonderful and very thorough with my appt . She explained everything to me and my appt was an hour with her alone . She didn't even talk down to me like most dr's do. She is very knowledgeable and I didn't even have the diagnosis yet . I think she is very wonderful & I will keep going back to her . read more

A warning to all that are considering being treated by Allergy Associates and Asthma- TRUST THE REVIEWS!! I started having strange reactions where my feet and hands started to swell and weird rashes all over my body. My PCP recognized I was having allergic reactions and referred me to an allergist. I chose Allergy Associates and Asthma, LTD in Tempe off E Guadalupe Rd. During my first visit in September, they didn't seem too concerned with the symptoms but more interested in my Asthma (which was not the reason for my visit). They recommended I take three OTC antihistamines daily and heartburn medication. I followed their instructions to a T but the rashes still continued to appear or were getting worse. They ordered several labs, which cost over $200. The results came back and showed my body was reacting to an allergy. Duh! In December, after three visits with no change in my symptoms, I was ordered a full panel allergy test, which they scheduled over two visits, but I had to get off my cocktail of antihistamines and placed me on Prednisone for two weeks. I gained about 10 pounds but was happy to finely get answers. After the first allergy panel, I went to pay my copay and the front office told me it would be $400+. I explained that I didn't have $400+. This is where it got nasty... they pointed to the glaring signs in the office that said, "must pay at the time of service". I explained had they made me aware of the cost of this test I could have anticipated the payment. The said that was not their responsibility. I asked if I could make payment plans, they said, "no" and pointed to the sign again. Then I asked if I had credit cards. I did but could not, on the spot, choose which one I wanted to increase by $400. I was incredibly embarrassed as the waiting room was full of other pt.'s. Not only that but they canceled the appointment I had for the next day, as I was obviously unable to pay. Additionally, I didn't know if I should get off the prednisone or back on the antihistamines that weren't working. One thing I did know was, I did not want to be under their care anymore. After my insurance paid some of the claim and my portion was lowered to $290. I called the billing department and stated I was ready to pay but I wanted my results so I could go to another professional and continue my treatment. I was gob-smacked when I was told, even if I paid the amount, they would not release my results unless I came into the office. What?! I understand if I had cancer or something but to hold my HIPAA information so they can get even more money from me. I did place to complaints with BCBS but that gave me no resolve either. At the end of this, the only thing I can do is pay the $290 and take them to small claims court to get my allergy results. No patient should go through this. read more

Waste of time and money... I first scheduled an appointment through ZocDoc to get an allergy test done, the day before that appointment they called and said there was a scheduling error and I would need to have this appointment sometime the following week, so I rescheduled. After waiting in the waiting room for over an hour I was taken to another room to wait another 30 minutes, then told I wouldn't be able to have the allergy test that day due to an insurance requirement (I understand this is out of their control but wish they would have told me prior to the appointment) Made an appointment for a week later to have the allergy test done waited for 30 minutes in the waiting area and had the allergy test done and was told I would have the results in about a week... I called every week for 5 weeks and eventually got a call returned saying they wanted to schedule another appointment, to which I replied that I didn't have time for that currently and instead for now wanted to know what I was most allergic to and they said a doctor would call back with that information shortly... That was 3 weeks ago! All they want is to keep charging you co-pays and to do as little as possible each visit without actually helping... I guess it's back to taking Zyrtec everyday for now. read more

I did not have a very good experience with this place They made me feel like I didn't matter at all and they didn't care if I ever took another breath again this place is the most rudest and uncaring place I have ever spent my hard earned money and insurance at. Just try and get refills or prior authorizations they will simply ignore request for prior authorizations from your insurance company and or take their sweet time refilling prescriptions such as a life saving inhaler for instance I swear I have never been treated so badly by a Doctor or those very unprofessional staff. Believe me I will never make a mistake and return to that hell hole ever again. Avoid this place. They seem highly incompetent in determining source of allergies. They run you through tests but fail to provide reasonable information that is remotely related to symptoms that brought you here in the first place. They don't prepare you with things to avoid that may impede testing so you have to reschedule. In terms of a doctor's office Allergy Associates provides a great patient experience. The staff at Allergy Associates are willing to assist and depending on the day are usually easy to interact with. The reason behind my regular visits to Allergy Associates stems to my asthma coming back with a vengeance after it lay dormant for a few years then the good ol Phoenix allergy seasons brought it back. Anywho, my doctor, Dr. Saavedra is a good man who is accessible to his patients. He's caring, attentive, and inquisitive which is important in his practice. Overall my experience with Dr. Saavedra and Allergy Associates is that it's a good medical office that is able to meet a person's needs in terms of allergies. read more

I am sad to write this review because I have had debilitating allergies for most of my life. Swollen face, sinus infections, burst vessels from chronic hard sneezing, itchy eyes/throat, asthma, etc. My test results were 2 pages long! The two injectors (names escape me but I think it's Robin and Tanesha) are PHENOMENAL ladies. Friendly, silly, joke and make you feel t ease, compassionate... All of what you expect from health care. The main front desk gal is often overly-stressed out but I found a way to crack her annoyed exterior and she was actually sweet. The office/billing mgrs were less than desirable. I had an insurance switch which Ii advised front desk about and then, MONTHS later, the desk tried to issue me a bill for nearly $400. I am on ACCHS so if that tells you anything about my (in)ability to pay a chunk of $400, you'll understand how I almost passed out. I informed them of A. my inability to pay that chunk at once and asked B. Why am I just now learning of this? Why wouldnt you have told me initially that my new insurance wasnt accepted??? So then, I got sent to "The Naughty Room". This is the staff lunch room where you get sat down to have a candid discussion about finances while Marge is sipping her cup o' soup. Awkward! The first time I was sent to the naughty room had me in tears while I was talked down to but eventually resulted in a happy ending, Veronica managed to pull some strings and set me up on a payment plan so that my bill wouldnt go to collections. Move forward about 5 months or so and I had been paying faithfully, every single week, even paying my balance off in full before it was due, paying my injections out of pocket and showing up for each weekly injection. Welp, I had lost my debit card and my new one hadnt shown up yet and I didnt have cash on hand for the $20 injection. I kindly asked if I could pay double the following week, assuming that based on my previous reliable paying of debt to them, they'd be ok with a mere $20 being moved to the following week. Nope. I was sent to The Naughty Room again where a new billing manager sat me down and coldly, blankly said, with no compassion whatsoever "If you dont pay the $20 today I will be forced to bill you full price for your injection (somewhere in the neighborhood of close to $150). " So then she saw my back as I abruptly left, paid with a credit card I only use for emergencies and typically dont even carry with me, canceled my follow up appt and bid adieu to Robin who looked equially dismayed. For a mere 7 day delay on a tiny $20 charge, this office could have kept a loyal, repeat CUSTOMER (not just a patient b/c I pay OUT OF POCKET) who likely would have paid in the thousands annually for injections, appointments and serums. But now, not only another lost customer but also this sad Yelp review. read more

I am really dissatisfied with the place.(This review is for the Chandler Office) If you have an appointment, they tell you it's at 10:30 when it's actually for 10:45 and you won't see someone till 11:15. When you finally get to see the provider, it seems like they've heard it all before and don't really listen. (obvs they heard it all before but not from you.) Also, I find that I spend more time with the assistants than I do with the actual doctor. It feels like she's rushing to move on to the next person (even when there isn't a next person). Also, they know that Saturday is a super busy injection day, but they have one person administering the injections. At their other place in Tempe, they have 2 nurses on for Thursday injections and it goes a lot quicker. Why not have 2 nurses on Saturdays? I also find that when you're really sick, they wont make an effort to squeeze you in and your appointment will be out almost a month from when you call. I had an issue where I was extremely sick and needed an inhaler. My doc prescribed one inhaler that my insurance refused to fill. The insurance sent them a letter saying why they wouldnt fill it and telling them to try another from a list. I never heard back and had to go to my pcp to get another inhaler that my insurance would pay for. The waitroom in Chandler is really terrible. There's a sign that says "please pardon out appearance as we make changes" or something like that and nothing has changed in almost a year. (Edit: the sign is no longer there) (edit to add that this is an allergy place, but in they use scented soap in the bathrooms. People with allergies significant enough to need an allergy specialists are usually allergic to scents! I told them several times that they should really consider changing the soap... ) Update: I had another appointment with the doctor today at 11. It's 11:59 and I'm in a room waiting for the doc. She saw my til 1208. At 1215 I went to the front and told them I had to leave. The front desk lady told me that "she's a specialist so you have to expect she'll take a while." My thought: then you better schedule like she takes a while. read more

I was sent here by my primary care doctor thinking it's an immunologist. I've been seen for a year and I have not been treated for my immune deficiencies. I need IVIG but the dr won't take me seriously until I am off steroids for a minimum of six weeks. Well guess what?? My immune system is shot and I barely make the 2 week mark. I do NOT recommend doctor Mariam for an immunologist or allergist. I've had an immunodeficiency for years and now it's the worst it's ever been yet I am not getting treated. What a lack of care is shown from this office. Oh yeah and the doctor wants to send me to U of A hospital cause she's confused on what to do about my case. I have CVID, don't treat me like I am a damn drug addict. I'm allergic to almost everything - synthetic materials, all of corn derivatives (100+ things), have issues with excessive histamine production especially during my menses (now) and many other food, environmental and drug allergies. read more

I waited to write this review to see how things were finally handled and now I can easily say this office is awful and its billing department in particular is incompetent. I went to this place maybe a total of 2 times tops in the span of under a year. The first time was in probably somewhere between October and December 2016 and the second time was sometime in spring 2017. When we came in during spring 2017, they informed both myself and my mother that I had a balance (which they had never notified me about prior) because "the insurance wouldn't cover it". My mother called the insurance company ahead of my original appointment in 2016 and confirmed what the limits of coverage were and they would only cover one test for my first appointment, which is exactly what we did. After lots of pushing and fishing for info, my mother found out that they had incorrectly billed it to the insurance company and had also billed it late. She wrote down the name of the person she spoke to (thank GOD) and they said they would handle it and it would be fine. One day I decided to call them after getting another voicemail from them (that said absolutely nothing... except to just give them a call while the others were trying to get me to start a weekly allergy shot). I wanted to confirm that they didn't order any allergy shots because I did not consent to it. This was in November 2017. During this exchange, I found out I had a balance yet again from the original late 2016 appointment that I thought we had already handled! I explained this had already been handled before and that they had coded it wrong when they sent it and I asked why they didn't contact me sooner instead of right before Christmas?! The woman on the phone was extremely unhelpful and I was very upset as the balance was about $400-$500 RIGHT before Christmas. I ended up receiving a letter from them too with the updated balance a week or less after my call to them (even though they always had my correct address on file) and the letter pretty much said that within 14 days they'd be sending my balance to collections. A balance I didn't even KNOW about. My mother left a scathing voicemail that the billing department more than deserved telling them the name of the woman she spoke to and how this was supposed to have been handled. She pretty much said we weren't paying it (and I wholeheartedly agreed -- we had more than enough proof that this had been previously handled by them) and that they needed to figure it out and fix it or eat the cost themselves. Especially since a quick call to the insurance company would surely confirm that this place incorrectly billed this and probably billed it late as well. Funny enough, they never called my mother back but we suddenly received another bill in the mail from this place down from the original $400-$500 to a mere $50. I was grateful it had finally been handled and we quickly paid it to get it over with because we will absolutely NEVER be coming back here. On top of all of that, your "appointment time" is not actually your appointment time. I learned this when we first came in and got frustrated because we had been waiting over 30-45 minutes past my supposed appointment time. After asking the front desk how much longer it was going to be, they informed me that apparently that's just the time you HAVE to be there, not the time you actually get in for your appointment and get seen. I'm so unbelievably grateful I did not opt for the allergy shots because I'm sure my balance would've been larger and my life would've been hell with their late and incorrect billings. I saved myself a lot of grief I didn't even know was coming. Apparently this is a common experience here so between others echoing my experience as well as my own personal experience, I most definitely will not be coming back. read more

Basically called me a liar until she got verification from a coworker. All the while talking about me as if I were not standing there. I'm Disappointed. I went there for severe sickness a few months ago. I was so frustrated with all the symptoms I was having and scheduled an appointment for a immunologist many weeks ahead. They screwed up my appt. And booked me with an allergist instead. I was really frustrated and couldn't believe I spent 45 minutes filling out their huge packet with a very long time wait to get in, only for them to tell me they messed up and scheduled me with wrong person. I was angry and let them know it. They wouldn't let me reschedule saying I was the one that was rude. Wow, worst customer service and patient treatment I have ever experienced in my life. Customer Service here is not the best! I received a call today from Sheryl who was calling in regards to a balance on my account that I wasn't aware of. I asked her if they could give me a call back on FRIDAY because I get paid Friday I'll make the payment. Instead of saying okay and asking if there was a specific time Friday she says " Oh! So you're not going to pay today ?!" I said no if you can call me Friday I will make the payment then. She never said okay thank you goodbye or anything !!!! SHE JUST HUNG UP IN MY FACE! Just go somewhere else. I got referred there after I broke out in hives. So remember I'm itchy ALL the time this happened, sometimes more sometimes less, ALWAYS ITCHY though. After my initial consult they lost me as a patient for two weeks. Took a couple days of leaving messages in the MA's mailbox before I stumbled on the only way to ever get a message through to anyone is through scheduling. But then you start to run into the shrew factor going through scheduling/front office staff. Don't get me wrong, they don't recruit specifically, I don't think. Not everyone I encountered was a shrewlike harpy just waiting for their turn to make mouth noises at you, sometimes so much so you don't get to finish yours or have to repeat the whole thing again. Some were very pleasant and you only had to say something once. But it was at least 60/40 maybe 70/30, shrews/pleasant. So they ran some tests. Took a couple weeks. Put me on some meds. Tests came back. Need more tests. Meds they just put me on that's only effect was to delay my ability to take the test by 6-8 weeks, and keep feeling doped as hell and, scratching like I'm trying to win the Oscar in Ray. So I get the test done. Now LabCorpPatient is involved here so I'm not entirely sure who to fire the "blamezooka" at on the next few they both appear to have a history of suckage. But the test gets lost. Next test, messed up somehow(effing weeks). Final test, get reffered to specialist. To kinky to go into, don't want to violate the HIPPO. Anyway I took two buses over an hour to go to my last visit. I had to fill out paperwork for conditions I didn't have, unlace my boots, (bus=walking=boots) take em off for height (umm, the same), weight (@247# w/3to5# boot, you're looking at 1-2% of the total weight is boot. No dosing is that accurate) lace 'em back up, get BP temp, someone asking me questions I just answered with things I said, a 15 minute wait, to fill out paperwork to order a shot they said I was coming in to get. The ordering has gone awry. After being tired of being cut off, repeating myself, and general lack of competence. I expressed my displeasure, I'll admit when met with snotty and haughty tones I returned fire. And near the end I was so flustered I may have treated a pleasant unfairly. I had numerous upper and lower respiratory infections for the past couple years. I was directed to Dr. Miriam Anand by my ENT doctor. From the very first visit I experienced professional care from the staff to Dr. Anand. It took several tests but she diagnosed me and I began treatments immediately. Great experience with this group of doctors. They have several locations that are available depending on the day of the week. Every staff member was tentative and helpful as I was nervous about my allergy testing. Dr. Suresh C. Anand answered all my questions and educated me on many topics regarding my allergy issues. At first the receptionist was very easy to work with with my referral, and kind of in my opinion, was unprofessional in the way she tried to find it. They seemed very disorganized. So then, I had my referring physician send the referral again, and they contacted me to set an appointment. Everything was fantastic, and they were actually being great, until I was under pressure to get the paperwork done before my appointment and they're patient portal system was no working. I called to get help with it and they hung up the phone twice, spoke over me and would not let me explain, and kept telling me that they couldn't help me because the patient portal was working fine on their side. They were unwilling to listen and hear me when I was asking for someone there that knew the patient portal server better, and instead hung up the phone. I was very frustrated at this point, and I'm not going to lie, I did yell at them because of their incessant in ability to listen to the words that were coming out of my mouth, and continuation of interrupting me. Shay and Chris the receptionists, were unprofessional in their actions and unwilling to help me, when I was clearly overwhelmed and frustrated. I get that I was upset, but they were not even willing to help, and with everything going on in this world right now, it seemed as though they were not doing well with their ability to service the client and more worried about the "annoyance" I was causing them. I am very unimpressed with their business staff and they way they handled the situation. And now I am having get another Allergist because of the unprofessional and unethical service I'd their receptionist and front desk employees. I sadly didn't get the opportunity to work with the doctors themselves, but honestly, I'd they don't get better front desk help, I truly believe their business will suffer. I am disgusted and completely appalled with their terrible client Human Resources and business skills. read more

I'd say all in all they did a pretty good job but two big complaints. All your paperwork needs to be completed before your appointment which is pretty standard but they tell you to come in a half hour before your appointment time. I didn't realize that wasn't my appointment time so there was a lot of sitting around. My second complaint is that they are next door to a vets office and the smell comes wafting over so if you're a super sniffer and smells bother you, this place may not be for you. read more

4 stars for the actual appointment, one star for the front office lady. She told me I couldn't be seen after telling her I had a current outbreak of hives on my lower back. Of course I got angry after what would have been the frustration of taking time off of work to come with my mom to see Dr. Anand and would've driven all the way there for nothing, as I haven't seen anything regarding active allergic reactions during the time and day of scheduled appt could render one not being able to be seen on the intake forms I viewed on my patient portal. The only saving grace was my mom telling her that she knows the allergist and that she sent an email ahead of time letting her know about my situation because my hive outbreaks come and go and I dont know what causes them. Dr. Anand was very knowledgeable and told me about how my nickel-earring sensitivity could also cause problems elsewhere if I had a nickel-laden diet. I called the manager to have a written complaint about the the front desk personal and she only defended her and proceed to blame me again for not filling out the paper work. She the rescheduled me for a different appointment in a location that is over an hour plus from where I live and there at location closer by the way. I asked if the same lady at the front desk would be at that location and she informed me that she at time does float between offices. I ask for a day that she would be in the office. Later that week the same desk employee that I have had a problem with was calling me and leaving messages on my voice mail. I ask for zero contact from her, yet they don't seem to mind how I fell. they also have my personal information like SSN and DOB. This is a despicable company. By very careful!!!!!! This place was the only place to tell me what my chest tightness actually was. And no it was not simple asthma. They take their time with you in the room and listen to all symptoms not the ones that just they deal with all day. Everyone is helpful even the staff. read more

Don't waste your time I made an appointment today, showed up on time, waited 30 minutes before the receptionist even acknowledged me, and told me that I didn't have a appointment! This place is a joke, the staff is extremely rude and slow, don't bother going here. My wife has been here several times and it can take her hours to get through a appointment. They gave me unnecessary testing that had nothing to do with the symptoms that I was there to be treated for. They didn't adequately explain what testing they were going to to do and why. They wasted my time and money. read more

I have been coming here for about three years. I receive allergy injections and visit with the doctors for my asthma . The staff and doctors are very friendly and very knowledgeable . The visit with a Dr is very comprehensive . They spend a lot of time reviewing your conditions and discussing all your issues. I highly recommend this clinic . read more
