Amazing doctor. However, she works for a terrible organization. Do not attend this place ( unless…read moreshe works in a different one) if you want to be treated well .... Reasons ( & I handled to the doctor as the manager Chelsea was useless ) 1) not organized ; 2) rude ( reception of the chandler clinic)  - the one who schedules your follow up...she was the most unfriendly person .. no eye contact and extremely on bad mood; 3) the first scheduler was even worse and made statements such as " I do not understand you .. there is no such doctor ..." instead of... could you spell the doctor's name?"  ... just as I offered to spell mine when she did not know how to write it. She was prejudice toward my accent and at one point I asked her what would be the earliest app with the doctor and she said " I don't know." Extremely rude  & really gave me the impression of not wanting to help to book an app at all; 4) the doctor told me that  my sinus  and symptoms were really severe and to start meds right away .. well, I had to call the following day because my pharmacy did not receive the meds. After  I waited 20 minutes to have a hold of someone, she  told me " well, I don't know who made the mistake" so I asked " do you see the doctors prescription in the system?" And she said  .." yes" so your staff again failed with professionalism . I have never had one single place that I had to beg for my prescriptions; 5) it took me 3 days to have and over 2 hours to get a hold of the "manager/ director " who told me that there it is not a grievance protocol I am not sure what's wrong with this whole organization but the staff need more training how to act as a human being.

We love Dr. Rishi and her PA Monica. They are so knowledgeable and absolutely great with kids. I…read morewould give them 5 stars. Unfortunately, We had a bad experience with the front desk and there seems to be a huge disconnect between the providers and staff in the office recently. I called to get a note about my child's emergency plan for school. We had been seen in the last year. I asked for a note to be faxed and was told it might not be possible but someone would call me. A week went by no one did. Meanwhile my kid is in school with no emergency plan in place, which felt really unsafe. I call back. I was told we were "overdue" for an office visit. That was not the case. We follow up yearly. Still, I agreed to schedule. On the day of our visit, I was called and asked to come in earlier than our appointment (which I had scheduled after school) to accommodate the provider's schedule. I ducked out of work and pulled my kid out of school. We come in to the office only to be told by the nurse we could have handled the whole thing over the phone without an office visit. I appreciated her offer of a note without paying for an office visit but we had already made the trip so we saw the provider. She ordered lab work. The office hasn't called with results or to schedule a follow up. I'm sad that dealing with the office has become such a hassle and that there seems to be so little respect for patient's time. We love Dr. Rishi and really trust her but we'll likely use our PCP from here on out to manage things.

Dr. Ezzre really takes her time with me to address all my concerns. I am so happy to have switched from a traditional doctor. Updated-Still going here several years later. I've seen most of the new drs here and they're still all great! The lab tech and medical assistants are super competent and friendly. My family and I come here for almost all our medical needs. They offer lots of alternative treatments and have supplements on site. Dr Ezrre has made a huge improvement with my fibromyalgia symptoms that even my rheumatologist has not!

I have been a patient of a Desert Wellness provider for approximately 3 years. I initially went to…read moreher for hormone management to transition off birth control that was lowering my libido. She claimed my baseline testosterone was low and immediately began aggressively increasing my dosage. Over the last two years, my testosterone levels shot up to a staggering 254-387--levels far too high for a female. Predictably (to someone educated in hormones- which wasn't me), I developed overwhelming exhaustion. When a woman's body is flooded with too much testosterone, the excess converts directly into estrogen. According to medical resources like the Cleveland Clinic, an overloaded estrogen system causes severe fatigue and low libido--completely defeating my original reason for seeking care. Things got so bad that my gynecologist expressed serious concerns and told me to demand a dose decrease. To the DW provider's credit, she did check my iron on and correctly put me on an iron supplement, which brought my levels up. But when the iron didn't cure the exhaustion, she resorted to guesswork--adding thyroid medication, B12 shots, DIM, and a cortisol manager rather than acknowledging the testosterone overload. This past week, I reached my breaking point and asked to transfer my care to another provider in the clinic. Instead, I was directed to the office manager, who doubled down on their unsafe stance and insisted testosterone couldn't be the issue. Realizing that this clinic values protecting their protocols over patient health, I canceled all remaining appointments and care. Find a provider who actually understands hormone pathways and listens to your concerns.

HOWEVER upon arriving it was obvious the check in lady was new (which is fine as long as there's obvious effort in improving or learning the ropes.) She was extremely slow to check me in, did not make eye contact, was so quiet I could barely hear her (god forbid you're hard of hearing). Did not even check my demographics, which were all wrong and misspelled. I arrived 30 min early to my appointment and ended up not even filling out paperwork or medical release forms which is important when I'm trying to establish a pediatrician for my kids to have continuity of care. The NP was fine. She reassured me my kiddo was okay and let me know what to watch out for. However she finished up and left the room without even checking my baby's belly (she was in for vomiting). She did came back inside to do the physical portion of the exam thank goodness. Overall the visit cost me $230+ for what I felt was subpar medical care. I would not recommend using banner as PCP especially for CHILDREN. They are the most vulnerable of our population and deserve pediatric care that is excellent or at least decent. I will not be coming back and hope they improve their standard of care. In the case of an emergency or a serious illness it does not sit well that the staff cannot even get something as simple as names and date of births correct. I'm sure the doctors are great but if your front desk/ first people you see are incompetent it ruins the overall quality of your practice.
