I didn't appreciate that Zak did a bait and switch with who would be taking my wedding photos. In all, the photos turned out alright. my main issue is with the video. we waited almost three months for our wedding video, so I was expecting a really great video. the video was 1.5 hours long and was completely unedited. the preview videos were amazing, but when the true video came around it was just horrible. Zak said he hadn't even watched the whole video to see what had happened and that he hired a third party to do the editing. whoever did the video just did not even put in effort to making sure our wedding video was taken care of. it is now almost March and my wedding was last August and we still don't have a wedding video from Zak. we can hardly even contact him for any update on the video or when we should expect it. If someone recommends him to you, I would be wary that he may not respond to you often and may not provide the best product. It's very upsetting that we were recommended to him but he just has not delivered.
