A few more hours went by with NO CONTACT whatsoever, so we called a third time. We were assured someone was on the way. To make matters worse, we had family who had arrived for the weekend, and we had no hot water. Now it's Sunday (7/19) and we called a FOURTH time, and were told someone would be coming. NO ONE SHOWED UP OR CALLED US!!! Finally after having been without hot water for more than 36 hours, we cancelled Roto-Rooter and went with another plumbing company even though it would cost us more. They arrived fairly soon after we contacted them, and they fixed the problem. Everything about our experience with Roto-Rooter was NEGATIVE and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
