We are new homeowners in the Bethlehem township area. Things started to settle and we noticed a…read morecouple of things that were just not working right. Our gutters were leaking and not draining well, even after being cleaned and attached with gutter guards. On top of that we also noticed a couple of troubling spots on the roof as well. After reading reviews about Neil Labuda we decided to give him a try. He came for a consultation right away and gave us an estimate; we decided to go with him even though we didn't ask for a second opinion-- we liked what he had to offer. He is very professional in his presentation and explained all the pros and cons of everything very clearly. We signed the contract and had a beginning date set. Due to the weather (not his fault) we had to start later on. The task was to change all the gutters and to repair the roof of a 3000sqf ranch house. Estimated time to completion was around 5 to 7 days, he made it in 4! He worked most of the time alone (with the exception of one day), but very efficiently, and hard. He hardly took a lunch break. He came every day around 7 am and went all the way to 5 pm. The result: The look is great, I should write in the future regarding the functionality, but it really looks amazing. He gives a 10-year warranty for the the gutters and a good warranty for the roof repairs as well. He cleaned very well when the job was done even rolling a giant magnet in case any screws or nails were left on the ground. The price: it wasn't cheap and honestly we do not know how market-fair it was since is the first time we deal with this, however the job was done right. He was very honest and even gave us a break for extra repairs he had to do on the roof, which we really appreciate since we are struggling a bit with so many repairs we have to do. Conclusion: He is knowledgable, trust-worthy, and very professional. He took great pics of the repairs, and gave us an idea what will be the next thing to do in order to maintain a good healthy roof and gutters. Thanks, Neil! In a few months I will write an update :)

Neal LaBuda didn't - made me pause and look into his company and its reputation. I hope you do the same. You'll find, as I did, a small business owner/operator who lives in the same area I do. I talked with Neal and liked what I heard. I expect you will too. 5/23/23 I am so incredibly grateful for Justin and his crew of men, namely Austin and Ian. After…read moregetting yanked around for over a year from my previous contractor, I had enough of poor communication, false hope and non action. It wasn't easy to find Justin and my hope was disintegrating after being ghosted by people who never showed up, people who showed up then don't follow through with the estimate, or people who didn't honor appointments. Thankfully he restored my confidence! Justin is knowledgeable, down to earth and reliable! R E L I A B L E!!!! I was impressed when we first met that he showed up on time. Not only that, he permitted us to purchase our own materials and provided a materials list. We saved a lot of money just on that. Justin installed a bay window that we had in our garage for 17 months after being ghosted by our original contractor. We were thrilled with the workmanship, and the whole process honestly. From the contract to the scheduling to the work- everything ran like a well oiled machine. He also tore down the ugly fiberglass brick that was installed in 1970 something and replaced it with clip stone. Justin did a great job choosing the color pattern as we chose willow peak which has a variety of colors. We will definitely be working again with Justin for other projects we have. He is a skilled contractor and his crew is very pleasant too. They go the distance! I feel very grateful that we found his company. His crew was kind enough to load our trailer with unused supplies we had to return, they made sure to clean up after working, and were respectful.
