They lied to us about their interest rate. We specifically asked for an interest rate that did not involve the purchase of points to lower it. Adam gave us the rate and told us we were not purchasing points. We found out when it was too late to change it and still close on the house in time that he did in fact charge us points to get that interest rate. 2.) They waited until the day we were supposed to close on our house to send things to the title company and so we barely were able to close by the end of the day. All the information had been signed and was ready on our end well in advance. 3.) Adam would only address my husband in communication even though we bought our house jointly. Even when he needed information from me, he would address it to my husband saying he needed it. 4.) We have owned our house for nine months now and are still getting mail from them trying to talk us into purchasing a stupid "life insurance" policy for our mortgage. He stated that he would be happy to assist me if I would email him the forms. He would complete those forms and submit them for me. The deadline for filing those forms was June 25, 2021. He has told me that the forms were submitted. I have called the fund administrator to see if the forms had been filed. They have no record of the forms. It is now too late to submit the forms UNLESS I can provide them with a copy of the forms that were submitted, how they were submitted or that the forms were submitted no later than June 25, 2021 with a postmark of that same date (if the forms were sent via USPS). I have called/texted/emailed Progressive Financial Concepts for the last four months to try and get an answer as to if these forms were filed, how they were submitted, any documentation they have that proved these documents were submitted, etc. and I have not had a response to any of my communications. I would like Brian West or Kory Budinger to call me and let me know if the forms were submitted and provide proof that they were submitted. I cannot go forward without proof/documentation that these forms were actually submitted. We have been clients for many years with Progressive Financial Concepts (until recently). I find their lack of respect for their clients needs and/or concerns to be inadequate. When I call the main office number the receptionist tells me, "he just went to the parking lot, he is in a meeting or he just got on the phone". I leave a message with her to have them call me back and I am still waiting on a response. If I send an email, I was told it went to their spam folder and he didn't see it or If I text, I get no response at all. I would like a phone call to get the answers I am asking for. I don't think that is too much to ask as they were our Financial Advisor's for years'.
