My girlfriend was stopped at a red light, sober, and attentive. A car at the stop light takes too wide of a turn and completely slams into my gf's car. It just so happens, this girl had the exact same insurance. That's right the Shi* Alliance. I mean what are the odds that 2 people have this dirt bag insurance company? They exchanged information, my gf got a hold of the agency let them know everything that happened. It's been 3 months now, lawyer can't get a hold of them, they have all of our numbers on block and there doesn't seem a positive ending in sight. The only vehicle 2018 Toyota Corolla that she has and completely paid for is now all banged up with at least 5k in damages. Consistent visits to a chiropractor, and the hours of frustration and stress. This has gone long enough, this place needs to take care of their customers or go to prison and get anal raped like they have done to so many others. My next move is the Better Business Bureau. Where do I start, the first incident was when a youngster hit my brand new car and ran off. It turned out he too had Alliance united, I know this because his parents called in a claim literally 5 min before I did, I called it in as a hit and run and the agent that helped me helped them out.(they reported the accident as a hit and run with front end damage and the address they provided was literally less than a block a way from my address, they treated this as it was my fault and made me pay my $1,000 deductible instead of trying to help me get to the bottom of this issue. Also they lowballed the auto body shop that was fixing my car, my car was in the shop for close to a month and a half because the company would not pay for the repairs!! If I can give ZERO stars, I would. This company is the biggest headache ever. The agents that they have there that are supposed to help you are not one bit helpful to your situation. We pay our insurance in a timely manner and expect to get taken care of. WRONG! One night they stole my fathers vehicle and we reported it stolen. They stole it around christmas time, the worst time ever. It happened at night time but we still called the police and insurance. The police recovered the vehicle earlier that morning and notified us. We got in contact with the agent that is supposed to help us after 2 days of calling him and leaving numerous voice mails. And to add to that his name and the name he said on his voice mail, were not even the same. This guy was so unprofessional, it was frustrating. He gave us his email and would NEVER respond. His voice mail also gave out the extention to his supervisor, which was not even an existing extention. So we were sitting here for over a month waiting on a response and nothing. Trying to get a hold of someone for some answers. We literally went without no answers or explanations on our claim for 2 months. My family was very disappointed about the fact that we paid for this crappy insurance that we were told would be a great insurance for our vehicles. They finally claimed my dads pride and joy (his vehicle) totaled. They did not call him to tell him what he wanted to do, or give him an option. He just received a phone call saying he was receiving a check. The girl that left a voice message on his phone sounded so unprofessional and very ghetto like. I guess she had not realized she was leaving a voice mail and all you hear is her talking about not having money for wigs (seriously). Very sketchy. If I could give them a zero I would. Just to get through to talk to somebody, takes 1-2 hours. Then operator transfers call and goes into someone's voicemail. I leave a message and they contact me in 2-3 weeks. When they finally call me back and ask me to send some information via a text they will send me with all the information to send pictures etc., related to the claim. Then, I never got the text, so I start the process all over again trying to get in touch with someone. It is a nightmare. read more

This company doesn't deserve any stars. I have experienced hell since day one. It has been over a year that they have been working on my claim. The customer service is beyond poor. Your calls are not returned for weeks at a time. They don't care about their customers and make every excuse in the book. You're given false information, can't speak to a supervisor and an overall hassle. My claim was suppose to be finalized 3 weeks ago and when I called to check the status because I hadn't received my check I was told they put a hold on it. I never received a call to tell me of any changes. It does t take 3 weeks to notify me of changes. When asked to speak with supervisor I was told she was busy working on something else and would call me back. This is a horrible company and have no core values. Working in an industry where customer service is priority, they lack. I'm disgusted and embarrassed for them. I wonder how many other people they've done this to! read more

Alliance United has neglected to call me back for 6 months re: a simple claim they are responsible for. Claim # DO 15 377 CA 16. By law, they are required to give me a time estimate as to when this claim can be resolved, but they have neglected to do even that.I am beginning to think that they are a fraudulent company and that those who have paid into it, will never receive just compensation. One adjuster sent me an e mail that he was no longer my adjuster, and passed me on to an adjuster whose mailbox is full so I cannot leave a message at all. On 7/27/19, I was impacted from the back by an Alliance/Kemper insurer and I hit the front car, my car got totaled, I was in pain and still having issues regarding the injury but I decided to treat myself at home after my therapies at Kaiser canceled my second appointment and I wasted my time waiting for him. The accident wasn't my fault, I lost the new car I just bought. My insurance Mercury paid the bank and washed it hand I ended owing 5k to the bank for that car because Mercury didn't cover it all. Anyway, the Insurance of the person that rear-ended me (Alliance/Kemper) is giving me bs to pay my bodily injuries and lost wages claim for missing work. I am a contractor so I don't get paid if I don't work. I provided the medical records and my clients notes, explaining I was absent from work because of the accident and profit and loss statement. However, Alliance/Kemper is saying that the information is not specific enough and denying part of the claim. I do agree that the doctors note and records are very vague, but it is all I have. Regardless, I see now that this is the way Alliance/ Kemper does business. I have been talking to Kaiser about the medical records so I got directed to third-party liability insurance called Equian that supposedly takes care of all this. However, I just checked and Equian has terrible reviews just like Alliance/Kemper. So I have no expectations. I do not believe I should have to hire an attorney for 17 days of lost wages. My adjuster for Alliance/Kemper is Diana Young and her Supervisor is Nicolas Forlivio both very unprofessional and misleading. I will update to let you know the results. read more
