A little background, we (my wife Marie and I) are senior citizens with health issues and Meah also has numerous health issues. on several occasions the owner Lawrence came by and picked up Meah in his own vehicle for her bi-monthly bath treatments when I was hospitalized. Lawrence definitely goes above and beyond in providing respectful, supportive service to his customers. Amanda is our girls groomer and has a very special relationship with both our girls, especially Meah. She is able to get Meah in and out of our car when no one else can get her to move. You can see that Amanda is truly a dog person. The only thing that my baby must have really got was a wash, some what of a blowout, her face trim, tail hair cut which looks a mess and nail polish. All for $110.00. Our dogs and cats have come home happy every time. Every experience has been phenomenal. So good, in fact, that I have recommended this place to friends and co-workers (who have also been satisfied). The staff here has always been friendly on my visits. I did have to wait a few minutes when I dropped off my dogs this past week, and that was because they were outside with the dogs. (Not a problem at all!) While I don't doubt that some people have had some not-so-great experiences here, I also know that many of the negative reviews center on cost. This place is not cheap. Neither are any other boarding joints that I am aware of. But I have never worried about their condition while I have been away.
