Gina has been grooming our four dogs for almost two years now and she is the best. Three of our four dogs are rescue dogs and have varying levels of anxiety in these types of situations. My wife informed me that she saw Gina throw my dog in the sink because she was frustrated with her. Yes my dog can be difficult but that's why my wife asked if she wanted her to hold her and was told no. I'm very disappointed in her service for her abusing our dog. My dog coco is old and she could have gotten hurt with that kind of treatment. Also Gina seemed to have a very bad attitude with this visit, I don't know what was bothering her but her attitude was not good at all. Beware of her services. Then refused to finish the job and still charged us half the price of the full service because of skin allergies which his had for years because she thought it was ring worm keep mind we have a bull terrier that lives with him and he no skin condition. Before the appointment I did let her know about his skin condition his got dandruff itchy flaky skin which was forewarned he scratches and chews at. The thing that bothers me is the money she charged and when I handed the $100 bill she asked if I wanted change when stated it would be $55 for the bath and nail clipping and still when I brought her the cash she expected to keep the whole hundred lol I told yeah I want my change she spent all about 15 minutes with him and got paid $55 read more

Everything started out ok for the first year or so, but then the last few months have been pretty bad. She seems to be great with the dogs, from what I saw. I don't want to be negative but her professionalism as a groomer had become unbearable. She started showing up with an attitude, would get upset very easily. With something as simple as me not getting to the door in time. I was just floored by her behavior. This last visit was the last straw. As soon as I opened the door, I could see the anger in her face. Why? I have no clue. She took the first dog, when he came back, he looked as if he had not been touched at all. She then took the second dog, and he came back with all his hair gone. Then she left without even asking about the next cut. I told my husband, "we are done with her". He agreed. She just lost business for 2 dogs. I then talked to my sister in law (whom I recommended Gina to), and told her about the situation I had that day. My sister in law had been having issues with Gina as well. Needless to say, she lost two more dogs. I don't know how she expects to run her own business with that kind of personality and professionalism or lack there of. read more

I used Gina several times (at least 4 or 5) each time the service declined. The issues were usually the dogs looked spotty and that Gina herself always seemed put out. Once when my family who were visiting had left their cars parked in our drive, Gina was rude upon arrival because she was going to have to park on our curb. I just don't understand what the attitude is about. My appointments were often moved around on the day of service. Because I work this was often problematic for me. I also never understood why if it began to rain that kept her from grooming that day. The last straw was in November when she groomed our dogs (3 schnauzer poodle mixes). I had bathed everyone and combed them out. Our dogs all three have schnauzer cut faces with short body and leg hair. Each dog came in shorter and shorter until our last dog was done and her snout was SHAVED off??!!! There were NEVER any instructions to ever do this to any of our dogs. Our youngest sometimes got a teddy bear head but NEVER did we want any of their faces shaved. It really bothered me because I spent $225 for three dogs who were perfectly clean and brushed out--they just needed their regular groom. read more

I hoped it was an "off" day for her and used her again because of the convenience of the mobile service. She has forgotten an appointment completely once. She has moved the time of my appointment same day. After my experience today, I WILL NEVER USE HER AGAIN. My appointment was at 2 pm. She confirmed with me twice. My husband met her at 2:01 pm and she said she could not stay. She was extremely rude to him and he told her never to come back. My husband would not have said that or decided that if she had not been completely unprofessional and rude. Do yourself a favor and do not use this groomer. Scheduled an appointment ahead of time. Then the day before the appointment she calls and leaves a message to see if I could move the appointment later. Called her back after work and no answer. So I assumed that our appointment will be good since I booked so far in advance. The morning of she called to let me know she moved my appointment without speaking with me. All I had was the morning I scheduled. I can't call into work because of her changing my appointment. She basically said tough luck and hung up. No "sorry." Please stay away from this business if you care about your pet, we had Gina groom our cat a couple times without issue until the last time where she missed a couple spots. She agreed to return and re do it but sounded disgruntled. Upon returning she was frustrated that she had to come back and touch up the spots that SHE missed. she kept complaining the whole time about why she was even there to finish the job and that she doesn't even normally do cats and that she usually grooms dogs. But the icing on top of the cake was where she rushed to groom my cat and cut the cat with the clippers because she was in such a hurry. By this point she is really angry and questioning everything and coming up with excuses on why this even happened. Gina then said she can no longer continue the haircut because the cat is cut and needs to go to the Vet, which is true but at this point we no longer wanted anything to do with Gina and her business. I do not like to write negative reviews, however, after the experience my 2 lb teacup Yorkie had, I have no choice. I actually was advised by my former groomer to give her a bad review so that others wouldn't go through what happened to my dog. I informed Gina prior to the appointment of my dog's size. I also told her she was very timid. She said That's fine or similar words. However, after, totally messing up her haircut she says, "My scissors are bigger than she is. I did the best I could." She knew she did bad. I hated to pay her. My dog looked awful! She said my dog was projectile defecating. I called my other groomer who said Bella never does that, and calms if you know how to handle Yorkies. I wouldn't recommend her if you have a teacup Yorkie. read more

Don't do it!!! You will regret it. I called Gina to groom my two new shih-tzu puppies. I just wanted a basic first time cut on them and to trim their nails. She arrived, parked in my driveway, commenced to hook up to my electricity (without asking). Then she knocked on the door to get the first puppy to groom. Well, after about 10 min, she knocked on the door with my puppy in her raised hand (not cuddled in a towel or anything), soaped up and wet, shivering, and told me her water quit working and asked if she could hook up to mine. Well, she did (now mind you this is only COLD water). She finished with the first puppy, brought him to me still damp, not completely dried and I couldn't even tell she did anything excepts bathe him in ICE COLD water. He was still shivering and scared. Then she did my second puppy the exact same way. She charged me $45 per puppy!!! For what???? Using my electricity, my water..what a waste if money. I will NEVER use her again or recommend her to anyone. She didn't even look professional and her grooming trailer was a mess. read more
