The first one had multiple and expensive prints done and they came out blurry, poor quality. She was offered a small discount if she reordered. Second business man went in and wasn't greeted. He had to say hello twice. Office folks acted like it was a big deal to deal with a walk in customer versus an online order. The third business person was myself. I called prior to coming in and spoke to a new front desk lady, explained what I needed and what I had . She said no problem come on in. When I came in the new desk lady said twice "I'm new and will need to ask my manager how to do this". The manager was sitting in a corner desk less than 5' away from her and didn't get up or offer any help. Th ends lady finally got up and asked the manager for help. Long story short the manager said the file was not correct and that I would need to download Canva Professional to get the correct file. When I asked questions she became upset, turned her back on me and threw her hands up in the air and said " I'm trying to help you and you don't listen". I asked her what caused her attitude and she didn't have any other answer except to make rude statements. I finally lost my temper and told her that she is so rude and unprofessional and that other business owners that we are in business group had also complained about her. She talked so much trash after I told her how I felt that I finally asked for all my paperwork back and told her to fuck off. Reality. I could not keep up on my yard like I wanted to. I finally gave up trying to take care…read moreof it all myself, work full time and take care of all the other things I needed to in life. Once I made the decision, I made the calls. Scheduled the people I needed to get the job done to my satisfaction. I am a bit of a perfectionist. I had so many different people doing different things, things that needed doing, but life was not any easier trying to schedule my day for services and getting all the pets contained so that they could do their jobs. Many of my neighbors use Ramey's, so one day I made the call. I needed someone to try to curb it all into one easy to manage service. They did just that. They are always courteous and on time. They call me before scheduling my weekly mow, my fertilizing and the bug spraying to make sure my 4 dogs are in. I never have to shut my dogs inside all day waiting for them to come. I know when and for how long. If a time does not work, they reschedule. They now take care of my business as well. They make sure I know if a sprinkler is out of service so that I can get it fixed. If my yard is having issues, they let me know what I need to do. I have a separate sprinkler company that does a great job at home and work, but Ramey's has gone above and beyond and they have fixed a few things on the spot when I needed them to. I also have someone who weeds and trims and cares for all the shrubs and trees and plans my landscaping...and they really try to work together. As I stated, I have tried other companies and services, but I had so many people coming and going I could not keep track of it all between home and work and trying to get the dogs in. I used a natural lawn care person for spraying and fertilizing and I was completely happy with them. But I needed someone who could do more. One stop shopping in a way. I had someone who mowed and trimmed only...and was very irregular at showing up. Making cleaning dog waste and toys a headache. And a spray company for bugs, trees and lawn care...they got a little too close to my rabbit hutch one too many times, even after saying do not spray near them! Ramey's has greatly simplified my life! There are other good companies out there, but this is the one for me. Yes, I still need a sprinkler company and someone to do the trees, shrubs and flower beds. But the three companies I have chosen seem to flow together seamlessly for me. And...the phone is ringing. It is Ramey's. Holiday weekend. Called to ask if they were coming today or if they were a day behind because of the holiday. Just need to know if I need to go home at lunch and put the dogs in.
