I wish I could give zero stars! I am currently forced to deal with this company because the employees are seemingly unaware of the truth behind Allied.. I put my car up as collateral on a bond that exceeds 20 thousand dollars. I did this based on the representations made by the employees that if the defendant breached the agreement (contract) he would have to return to jail and await his trial. The contract I entered into reiterates this consequence as a natural result of becoming in default of the agreement. The defendant has changed his phone number, his address and in fact is now without a permanent address or a job and presents as a flight risk. All of this is without notifying Allied (they admit he is currently in default) and I have previously signed a form requesting his bond be rescinded and I be removed from liability thus causing him to return to jail. I knew where he was when I requested this and the "boss" says they will not do anything unless he misses court. If he misses court it will be a bond forfeiture which means they intend I lose my 30,000 car. I have an audio recording that was made in the presence of witnesses with the "boss" saying that the misrepresentation to the customers (in this case, me) happens as if to say too bad. When I requested she reconsider her choice to do nothing, she even threatened to trespass me if I set foot inside their business again. Obviously I am being forced to seek legal counsel. I wish I could attach the audio recording admitting the misrepresentation and the oh well attitude of this "boss" on the review. She will likely terminate the employees who are representing what the contract says just to cover herself and so she can distance herself from the responsibility for her decision to breach the agreement. I will not cower! read more
